Agency Project Manager. The Agency shall designate a project manager for the Scope of Work (“Agency Project Manager”) who shall act as a liaison between the Agency and Contractor. The initial Agency Project Manager shall be listed in the additional provisions on governance set out in Schedule 8.1 (Governance).

Agency Project Manager. The Agency shall assign project manager(s) prior to the start of this Project with overall responsibility and authority to make decisions related to project Xxxxx, scheduling, and task assignment, and communicates decisions and commitments to the Xxxxx project manager(s) in a timely and efficient manner.
