Agreement Objective. The purpose is to create collaborative agreement between the Saginaw Board of Education and the entities mentioned above to ensure a partnership that will lead to improved academic outcomes for the school district while maintaining the autonomy of the local board. The decision to sign or not is up to the Board and all signing parties. Continuation in the Partnership Agreement by all agencies shall be determined at the conclusion of each academic year based on the district's official instructional calendar.
Agreement Objective. The NIH will provide NRC equipment disposal services. These services will include, but are not limited to excess equipment utilization and disposal services, to comply with policy contained in the Federal Property Management Regulations (FPMR) and the NIH Personal Property Management Guide and NRC internal policies and procedures, disposal of excess equipment from various NRC offices and facilities in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area; screening and re-utilization of NRC excess equipment within NRC and NIH; and reporting of excess equipment to the General Services Administration on behalf of NIH. NIH will ensure that all applicable Federal Property Management Regulations (FPMR) will be followed during performance of these services.

9.1.1 Respond to our service users in an efficient and timely manner through the continuity of service and through the use of current technology.
9.1.2 Provide a safe and healthy work site with zero accident philosophy, and goals where each individual is encouraged to take responsibility for their own safety and that of their work mates.
9.1.3 Recognise individually and collectively the responsibility to respect and care for the environment in which we work.
9.1.4 Avoid industrial action as a means of resolving problems in the port by working to agreed conflict resolution procedures, Le. Exhausting all avenues to resolve problems so as to develop a dispute free workplace culture.
9.1.5 Create an environment where individuals work as a team to co-ordinate their efforts and become an efficient and effective group.
9.1.6 To provide a fair financial reward for the collective effort of the employer and employees alike.
9.1.7 Provide leadership which exhibits consideration for people, promotes openness, trust and teamwork, and empowers people to improve their work process.
Agreement Objective. The purpose of the Agreement is to specify the licensing terms and conditions under which the USER can use the SOUNDTOOLKIT software. The license does not allow procurement and use of the software source code.

Agreement Objective. The objective of this Agreement is to identify the actions that the State of California could take to meet it’s clean-energy goals with long duration energy storage and increased penetration of zero carbon energy resources. Existing models will be modified to be able to handle multi-day modeling. Weather and load data will be identified and combined with the multi-day modeling capability in order to simulate times when solar and wind electricity would be stored over multiple days. The cost of the storage will be varied to identify the cost needed in order to show the value of being able to store electricity as a function of the number of hours of storage.
Agreement Objective. 1. The Parties to this Agreement commit themselves to enable the University full-time postgraduate student to undertake, at the Employer, the course ”Long-term Industrial Research Internship” (LTIRI), hereinafter referred to as the internship.
2. The LTIRI Regulations for the University students constitute an integral part of this Agreement.
