Agreement Responsibilities. 1.2.1 The Union shall instruct its members that they are required to abide by the terms of the Agreement, and the Employer shall instruct its representatives that they are required to know, apply, and abide by the terms of the Agreement. For this reason, the Employer shall print sufficient copies of the Agreement for distribution to Management and Employees.
1.2.2 The Employer shall not make any oral or written agreement with an Employee which conflicts with any terms of this Agreement.

Together with the community, manage the planting and establishment of the trees, which will include but not be limited to (i) monitoring costs and, (ii) training community members on the establishment of seed nurseries and woodlots/fruit orchards and how to ensure seedling protection and survival (iii) Conduct capacity building on planting, protection and management If Karopa Integrated CBO fails to comply with any of the conditions of this Agreement, Friends of Kabondo will require all or any part of the funds to be repaid. Karopa Integrated CBO will repay any amount required within 30 days of receiving the demand for repayment.
