Agreement Responsibilities. Each part in the agreement has responsibilities during a five-year period; this section presents each party ´s obligations and responsibilities. Karopa Integrated CBO will: - Be responsible for the overall funding and management of the project. - Keep a record of all eligible expenditure (original invoices, receipts and other documents including electronic records). - Set up formal procedures to avoid conflicts of interest.
