Aid Facilities. There is no legal requirement for the school to provide first aid facilities for the Hirer. It is the Hirer’s responsibility to make their own arrangements, such as the provision of first aid training for supervising personnel, and the provision of a first aid kit, particularly in the case of sports lettings. Use of the school’s resources is not available. No food or drink may be prepared or consumed on the property without the direct permission of the School, in line with current food hygiene regulations.
Aid Facilities. The Seller shall at its sole expense provide adequate first aid facilities and shall make those facilities available for the treatment of persons who may be injured or become ill at the Site or while engaged in the Facility.
Aid Facilities. The Contractor shall provide and maintain at his own expense on the Site, adequate and easily accessible first-aid facilities for treatment in case of accidents during the execution of the Works under the Contract as may be required in any relevant laws, by-laws, ordinances and regulations being in force during the Works. The places where these items are kept shall be prominently marked.

Nurse room; doctor’s room; waiting room. - Operation: Work assignment office incl. counter; vessel and yard supervision; briefing meeting / training rooms. - Foodservice: Kitchen incl. cold storage and dry storage; chef’s office; toilet & washing for men; toilet & washing for women; food display area; dirty dishes trolleys; canteen. - Miscellaneous functional rooms as per Tender Drawing concept.
Aid Facilities. The contractor shall provide & maintain a first-aid box distinctly marked with a red cross on white back ground and shall contain necessary medical items for dressing/first aid .
Aid Facilities. The ‘team room’ is the schools designated medical room. The school has six first-aid boxes. The main medical cabinets which includes an eye wash station can be found in the office. The school has two travelling first-aid containers used for off-site visits. These are kept in the office and on the minibuses.
Aid Facilities. First Aid Facilities shall be reviewed at all locations including single person branches to ensure adequate safety measures are available to all.
Aid Facilities. The Subcontractor / PRW shall provide adequate first aid facilities at the workplace as per BOCW requirements. Any local arrangements for first-aid shall be notified at the toolbox meetings and information shall be posted about facilities, first-aiders and emergency contacts to all concerned.
Aid Facilities i. At every work place there shall be provided and maintained, so as to be easily accessible during working hours, first-aid boxes at the rate of not less than one box for 150 contract labour or part thereof ordinarily employed.
ii. The first-aid box shall be distinctly marked with a red cross on white back ground.
iii. Adequate arrangements shall be made for immediate recoupment of the equipment when necessary.
iv. Nothing except the prescribed contents shall be kept in the First-aid box.
v. The first-aid box shall be kept in charge of a responsible person who shall always be readily available during the working hours of the work place.
vi. A person in charge of the First-aid box shall be a person trained in First-aid treatment, in the work places where the number of contract labour employed is 150 or more.
