Aid Officers. Adequate first aid equipment will be provided, maintained and placed under the control of an Employee of the Company possessing the necessary first aid qualifications. The Employee or Employees so appointed will be trained for that responsibility and will be paid an additional salary or allowance in respect of that position at the rate of $480 per annum, indexed annually by the percentage movement in the CPI for Sydney all groups.

Aid Officers. At all times, two first aid officers shall be engaged on each shift. Should a first aid officer resign or change shifts such that there is less than two first aid officers engaged on any given shift, the Company shall immediately appoint a replacement first aid officer, if available. If no fully trained first aid officer is available for immediate appointment, the Company shall have two (2) months to appoint a replacement and arrange paid training for the replacement first aid officer.
