Alignment Plans. Head Varsity Coaches are expected to provide written guidelines, directions, and overall objectives to all Coaches underneath them. This includes communicating with Assistant and Junior High Coaches. The purpose of providing this written plan is to increase continuity and communication from top to bottom in all athletic programs. Junior High and Assistant Coaches are expected to respect and implement the guidelines and suggestions of their respective Head Varsity Coach. The Activities Directors will be responsible for reminding the Head Coaches of this duty. Plans shall include, but not be limited to, the following: Terminology, drills, specific plays, offensive/defensive philosophies, and other information they want to make sure is being covered in lower levels of the program.

Alignment Plans. The existing alignment of the Project Highway shall be modified in the following sections as per the alignment plan indicated below:
Alignment Plans. (1 sheet) The alignment plans will identify WSDOT R/W and centerline, WSDOT limited access, and the project construction centerline alignments including critical station information and station equations. Alignment plans will be consistent with the approved R/W plans that will be coordinated with WSDOT. This sheet will be developed at a scale that allows for all project alignments to be displayed on one sheet. Erosion Control Plans – (4 sheets) Erosion control plan sheets will identify all temporary erosion control measures for construction of the improvements. The erosion control plans will be consistent with the hydraulics design approved by WSDOT. Erosion plans will include standard details for BMPs being implemented for the project. Demolition Plans – (4 sheets) Demolition plan sheets will identify the limits of the project impacts including asphalt removal, clearing and grubbing, concrete removal, removal of miscellaneous items in conflict with the project improvements, trees or areas to be protected by the contractor, and proposed cut and fill lines for the proposed improvements.

However, permission for cutting of trees from the concerned authority shall be obtained during execution if required through the Authority. Further the EMP enclosed with Schedule D has to be implemented by the Contractor. Ministry of construction, Government of Republic of Myanmar, shall obtain all necessary clearances required for implementation of the project from concerned agencies like Myanmar Environmental/ Forest department, and will be responsible for land acquisition and shifting of utilities. For this the contractor shall provide all final requisite details including road alignment plans, details of land to be acquired, utilities and encumbrances, if any on the road land to the Authority. A professional improvement plan is a clearly articulated assistance program for a teacher whose student growth measure dimension of the evaluation is below the expected level of student growth. For the purposes of this agreement, improvement plans shall be based on the individual student growth measure level, and not for overall subjects or classes taught.

  • Payment Plans Employees covered by the Samaritan Choice medical insurance plan who have outstanding balances that are payable to Samaritan Health Services for in network, covered, and authorized (if medically necessary) services will be provided payment plan offerings upon request from the employee. The request will be made to Patient Financial Services, and may be directed through the Hospital Patient Financial Counselor. Patient Financial Services will work with employees to identify the appropriate payment arrangement based on the employee financial needs/eligibility. Within 120 days from first patient statement, employees must contact Patient Financial Services and identify themselves as a SHS SEIU member and ask for a payment plan arrangement that does not exceed six percent (6%) of their household income. Such requests will be granted using the existing SHS payment options and funding programs. To be eligible for a payment plan, employees must comply with all requirements for establishing appropriate payment options/eligibility, including the completion of a financial assistance application with supporting documentation. Employees who comply with all terms of the payment plan(s) will not be subject to collections or wage garnishment.

  • BUSINESS CONTINUITY PLAN The Warrant Agent shall maintain plans for business continuity, disaster recovery, and backup capabilities and facilities designed to ensure the Warrant Agent’s continued performance of its obligations under this Agreement, including, without limitation, loss of production, loss of systems, loss of equipment, failure of carriers and the failure of the Warrant Agent’s or its supplier’s equipment, computer systems or business systems (“Business Continuity Plan”). Such Business Continuity Plan shall include, but shall not be limited to, testing, accountability and corrective actions designed to be promptly implemented, if necessary. In addition, in the event that the Warrant Agent has knowledge of an incident affecting the integrity or availability of such Business Continuity Plan, then the Warrant Agent shall, as promptly as practicable, but no later than twenty-four (24) hours (or sooner to the extent required by applicable law or regulation) after the Warrant Agent becomes aware of such incident, notify the Company in writing of such incident and provide the Company with updates, as deemed appropriate by the Warrant Agent under the circumstances, with respect to the status of all related remediation efforts in connection with such incident. The Warrant Agent represents that, as of the date of this Agreement, such Business Continuity Plan is active and functioning normally in all material respects.

  • Educator Plans: Improvement Plan A) An Improvement Plan is for those Educators with PTS whose overall rating is unsatisfactory.

  • School Improvement Plans The School shall develop and implement a School Improvement Plan as required by section 1002.33(9)(n), Florida Statutes and applicable State Board of Education Rules or applicable federal law.
