Allocating Educational Leave. Scheduling for educational leave 26 and funds will be subject to equitable rotation among RNs in a 27 department. Nurses who have been denied educational leave in 28 one instance will have priority, on an equitable basis, for scheduling 29 educational leaves for the next requested event or program. All 30 denied leave requests will be sent to the applicant with a letter of 31 explanation.
