Alumni Membership. 8.1 The Student agrees that, as an alumnus, his/her experience is valuable and the Student agrees to contribute to the alumni website in various forms as reasonably suggested by SOHT. This may include for example, posting photos or videos capturing the qualitative experience of the Program, images and process sketches of the project.

Alumni Membership. As Alumni, we offer discounted memberships. ALL MEMBERSHIPS • The facilities that you are permitted to use at YSJActive and the times that you are permitted to use these facilities will not vary depending upon the category of membership that you hold. Details of all membership categories and pricing options are available from reception. • All members must be aged 18 years old or over. • All membership types must be applied for by fully completing the appropriate membership application. • Membership at YSJActive only includes the use of the Gym. Participation in exercise classes and facility hire are not included and are subject to further costs. MEMBERSHIP PAYMENTS • YSJActive membership fees can be paid on an annual or termly basis. Annual memberships will commence on the day of joining and run for one calendar year. Termly memberships will commence on the day of joining and run until the end of the current term. YSJActive reserves the right to introduce, from time to time, promotional offers that may provide different time and membership periods. • Promotional Memberships will automatically cease at the end of the promotional period. MEMBERSHIP CARDS • A photograph will be required for all members as part of the joining process, which will normally be taken at the reception desk upon joining or first visit. All photographs are stored digitally with the university booking system under the terms of GDPR and will not be reproduced, shared or printed without prior permission from the member. All members will receive a membership card for the duration of membership. A replacement card will also be the subject of a £5 charge. • Membership is non-transferable: should another individual use your card to attempt to gain access to the facility YSJActive reserves the right to terminate your membership without refund.

  • Membership The Committee shall include nine (9) members - five (5) representatives from CUPE/SCFP and four (4) representatives from the CTA. Up to two (2) advisors from the Ministry of Education shall act in a resource capacity to the committee.   • Professional Memberships Each employee is eligible for reimbursement for membership fees or dues paid for the maintenance of a license required to perform employee’s job and for dues paid for membership in one additional job related professional association.

  • Transfer of Membership Interest The Sole Member may Transfer any part or all of its rights and interest (including, but not limited to, its Capital Account) in the Company (each a “Membership Interest”) now owned or hereafter acquired to any Person, and the transferee of such Membership Interest shall become a Member of the Company.
