Anaesthetic Technician. An Anaesthetic Technician is a person included in the register of Anaesthetic Technicians under the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003.

Anaesthetic Technician. Employees shall be graded at this level where the principal characteristics of their employment, as determined by UCH, are identified as follows:
Anaesthetic Technician. An Anaesthetic Technician shall receive an annual rate of salary approved by the Employer for the position held.
Anaesthetic Technician. An Anaesthetic Technician shall receive an annual rate of salary approved by the Employer for the position held. Staff Anaesthetic Technician Level 1 July 2014 1 September 2014 6 July 2015 Progression through the scale from steps 1 to 7 shall be by automatic annual increment, subject to satisfactory performance. Progression to an additional progression step is dependent on the achievement of mutually agreed objectives, which are set prospectively when the employee reaches the top automatic salary step. This would normally occur in conjunction with the employee’s annual performance review. The employee will write to the team leader/manager requesting a meeting to set objectives. In the event that the manager and the employee cannot agree on the objectives the employee may consult with APEX. If there is still non agreement the manager will set the objectives. This objective setting process is to be completed in three months of the employee requesting the meeting. Progression will not be denied where the employer has failed to engage in the objective setting process and/or the assessment of whether or not the objectives have been achieved. The assessment shall commence 12 months after the objectives have been set with any movement arising from this assessment being back dated to the 12 months from the date the employee wrote to his/her team leader/manager under (iii) above. For the sake of clarity, increments or applications for merit increases can only occur after a total of 12 months on the previous step. Anaesthetic Technician. Grade 1 Means a person who has satisfactorily completed the theatre technicians course conducted by the Xxxxxxxx Centre (or has obtained qualifications equivalent thereto or equivalent and working as an anaesthetic technician. Grade 2 An anaesthetic technician with up to two years experience who has satisfactorily completed the Diploma of Anaesthetic Paramedical Science awarded by a registered training organisation or a relevant Associate Diploma of applied Science. And in addition to the Duties of a Theatre Technician Grade 2 is responsible for the preparation, checking and general maintenance of specialist equipment used by the Anaesthetist. Grade 3 An anaesthetic technician with more than two years experience who has satisfactorily completed the Diploma of Anaesthetic Paramedical Science awarded by a registered training organisation or a relevant Assaociate Diploma of applied Science. In addition to the duties of a Theatre Technician Grade 2, has a comprehensive knowledge of specialist equipment used by the Anaesthetist and can operate with a high degree of accountability and autonomy. A Grade 3 anaesthetic technician assists in the supervising mentoring of other technicians.

  • Quality Improvement VRC shall develop programs designed to improve the quality of care provided by the Radiologists and encourage identification and adoption of best demonstrated processes. Practice and VRC acknowledge that, in connection with such quality improvement activities, it may be necessary to provide VRC with Protected Health Information and Practice and VRC agree to treat such information in accordance with Article 9;

  • School Improvement Plan As permitted under IC § 20-10.2-3-1.5, the Charter shall serve as the Charter School's strategic and continuous school improvement and achievement plan (hereafter, the "School Improvement Plan").
