Anniversary Date or Service Date Sample Clauses

Anniversary Date or Service DateAn employee’s Anniversary Date and Service Date shall be the same, i.e., the hire date in a regular part-time or full-time classification, including all CCSB Service. This date is used to determine TCRC seniority and benefit accrual rates. Notwithstanding the above, employees with other Regional Center seniority shall receive credit for such years of service for all benefit accrual purposes. An employee’s seniority and service credit do not, unless required by law, include time on unpaid leaves of absence in excess of 50% of the month, or time on layoff.

  • Anniversary Date A regular employee’s initial date of current employment with the Employer as a regular employee shall be her anniversary date for the purpose of determining benefits and for the purpose of determining increment anniversary date. (Reference Article 6.05 - Superior Benefits and Article 12.03 - Increments).

  • Anniversary Dates Except as may otherwise be provided for in deep class resolutions, anniversary dates will be set as follows:

  • Anniversary Fee An anniversary fee, fully earned and non-refundable as of the Effective Date equal to Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000) per annum (the “Anniversary Fee”), which is due and payable on the earlier to occur of (i) each anniversary of the Effective Date, (ii) the termination of Agreement, or (iii) the occurrence of an Event of Default; provided, that no more than One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000) in the aggregate shall be required to be paid as the Anniversary Fee hereunder during the term of this Agreement;

  • Term of Service Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, Atlas shall serve as the Managing General Partner of the Partnership until either it:

  • PERIOD OF SERVICE The Grant Services will commence on the Start Date and shall expire on the End Date as set forth in the SUMMARY PAGE.

  • Starting Date Unless a specific (fixed) starting date is duly justified and agreed upon during the preparation of the Grant Agreement, the project will start on the first day of the month following the entry info force of the Grant Agreement (NB : entry into force = signature by the Commission). Please note that if a fixed starting date is used, you will be required to provide a detailed justification on a separate note.

  • Retirement Date If the Executive remains in the continuous employ of the Bank, the Executive shall retire from active employment with the Bank on the Executive’s sixty-fifth (65th) birthday, unless by action of the Board of Directors this period of active employment shall be shortened or extended.

  • Scheduled Termination Unless previously terminated, the Commitments shall terminate on the Commitment Termination Date.

  • Service Period The Service Period of this Agreement is for 1 year in respect of the unit and starts on the Start Date as defined in the Terms and Conditions, or, in the case of an extension of renewal of the provision of Support Services, starts on the date of payment of the Charges.

  • Effective Date of Benefit Termination Medical, dental and life coverage termination will take effect on the first of the month following the loss of eligible employee or dependent status. Disability benefit coverage terminations will take effect on the day following loss of eligible employee status.
