ANNUAL LEAVE AND ADDITIONAL LEAVE. (a) Every worker, other than a part-time worker, who remains in continuous employment with the same employer for a period of 6 consecutive months and who has been present on all the working days during that period, shall be entitled during each subsequent month up to the twelfth month, while he remains in continuous employment with the same employer, to one day’s annual leave up to a maximumof 6 days’ annual leave.

ANNUAL LEAVE AND ADDITIONAL LEAVE. (a) Transport Officers working a roster outlined in APPENDIX 1 (other than casual Employees) are entitled to:
ANNUAL LEAVE AND ADDITIONAL LEAVE. Every worker, other than a part-time worker, who remains in continuous employment with the same employer for a period of 6 consecutive months and who has been present on all the working days during that period, shall be entitled during each subsequent month up to the twelfth month, while he remains in continuous employment with the same employer, to one day’s annual leave up to a maximumof 6 days’ annual leave. The Employee, after completing 12 consecutive months’ continuous employment with the Employer shall, in the following 12 months, be entitled to 16 days annual leave on full pay. The employee shall be paid a normal day’s pay for each outstanding annual leave on completion of 12 consecutive months.

  • Additional Leave Any further leave granted beyond the normal thirty-seven (37) week period, or the forty-two (42) week period for special circumstances, will be unpaid leave without benefits.

  • Additional Leaves Should an employee require additional time to care for a gravely ill family member, additional leaves may be granted beyond the eight (8) week period specified above. Such additional leave shall be pursuant to Article 13.02

  • Extended Personal Leave Personal leave without pay not to exceed thirty (30) 26 days may be granted at the discretion of the Superintendent. Personal leave in 27 excess of thirty (30) days shall be subject to approval by the Board.

  • Casual Leave (a) Employees may be granted casual leave with pay to a maximum of two (2) hours for the following purposes:

  • Personal Leave Written request for a personal leave of absence without pay will be considered on an individual basis by the Hospital. Such requests are to be submitted to the employee's immediate supervisor at least four (4) weeks in advance, unless not reasonably possible to give such notice, and a written reply will be given within fourteen (14) days except in cases of emergency in which case a reply will be given as soon as possible. Employees needing personal leave days for appointments with medical practitioners may utilize the personal leave language. Such leave shall not be unreasonably withheld.

  • Sick/Personal Leave Leave granted to the teacher for sick, personal or bereavement reasons.
