Common use of Annual Sick Leave Clause in Contracts

Annual Sick Leave. Twelve days of sick leave shall be granted for each year of service to the district. Unused sick leave in each term may be allowed to accumulate until a maximum total of 84 days has been reached. After the maximum has been reached, each new term will provide 12 days of sick leave for said employee.
