Common use of Annual Sick Leave Clause in Contracts

Annual Sick Leave. 1. Annual sick leave with full pay shall be allowed all administrators on annual salary at the rate of one and one-half (1 1/2) days for each month of service, not to exceed fifteen (15) days in any one year. Unused personal days will be added to accumulated sick leave for the following school year if the professional employee does not have maximum accumulation. If an administrator is at maximum accumulation, the unused personal leave will be credited to sick leave for buy-back purposes only.
