b) LANDLORD will repair or replace non-working appliances.
c) TENANT agrees to keep all appliances and furniture clean and to immediately report any appliance or furniture that is broken, damaged or not working properly. TENANT is responsible for the cost of repairing or replacing any appliance or furniture item which is broken, damaged, not working or not in the UNIT because of the fault of TENANT or TENANT’S guests. TENANT agrees to not add any additional heating or refrigeration device to the UNIT at any time.

c) TENANT agrees to keep all appliances and furniture clean and to immediately report any appliance or furniture that is broken, damaged or not working properly. TENANT is responsible for the cost of repairing or replacing any appliance or furniture item which is broken, damaged, not working or not in the UNIT because of the fault of TENANT or TENANT’S guests. XXXXXX agrees to not add any additional refrigeration to the UNIT at any time.

a. Landlord will provide the following appliances and furniture: Refrigerator/Freezer, Dishwasher, Range/Oven, Garbage Disposal, Washer/Dryer, Microwave, Living Room Flat Panel Television, Coffee Table or end table(s), Couch, Dining table and chairs, and patio furniture.
b. Landlord will repair or replace non-working appliances.
c. Resident assumes full responsibility for items furnished by Landlord and agrees to return them to Landlord at the expiration of the Lease Term in as good condition as when Resident received them, reasonable wear and tear excepted. Resident shall not remove any of Landlord’s furniture, fixtures or appliances from the room they were in on the Start Date of this Lease without Landlords’ prior written consent, which may be withheld at Landlord’s sole discretion. Resident shall return all furniture, fixtures and/or appliances to their original positions prior to vacating the Unit. Resident shall not remove Landlord’s furniture, fixtures and/or appliances from the Unit for any reason. Resident shall be responsible for all loss, breakage or other damage to furnishings and appliances.

TENANT agrees to not add any additional heating or refrigeration device to the UNIT at any time.

APPLIANCES AND FURNITURE. A. The following appliances are provided in the apartment: refrigerator and electric stove. Laundry equipment (washers and dryers) are provided in a shared, central laundry room.
B. The following furnishings are provided in the common area of the apartment: kitchen table and chairs, living room chair (s), couch, and coffee/end table. The following furnishings are provided in the bedroom of the apartment: twin extra-long bed, closet/wardrobe, dresser, desk, and desk chair. Rooms within the apartment or townhouse contain drapes or blinds, cable TV connections, computer network connections, and fire detection/alarm systems. Furniture cannot be removed from the apartment by the Resident for any reason. The Resident acknowledges he/she will be billed for missing or damaged furnishings.
APPLIANCES AND FURNITURE a) LANDLORD will provide the appliances and furniture listed below:
i. RENT will be abated on a daily basis during the delay, in which event LANDLORD shall not be liable for any such delay in delivering possession of the UNIT to TENANT and TENANT must pay RENT or additional charges for any part of a month that TENANT has possession; or
ii. LANDLORD will, at LANDLORD’s sole cost and expense, provide TENANT with a temporary alternate bedroom accommodation (the “Temporary Accommodation”) in another facility (such as a hotel or motel) until such time as the UNIT is ready for occupancy. In the event LANDLORD provides TENANT with a Temporary Accommodation, then, at all times while LANDLORD is providing the Temporary Accommodation, (a) the “UNIT” under this LEASE will be deemed to be the Temporary Accommodation, (b) TENANT will continue to pay all RENT and all other payments required to paid by TENANT under this LEASE, and (c) all other applicable provisions of this LEASE will continue to apply. At such time as the UNIT is completed and ready for occupancy, LANDLORD will, at LANDLORD’s cost, move TENANT’s personal property within the Temporary Accommodation to the UNIT.
APPLIANCES AND FURNITURE. Some Lessors will provide certain items available to the Tenant during the resulting lease. For instance, short-term or vacation rental property may be furnished with the needs of day-to-day living.

The actual furniture and appliances provided may vary based on unit and floor plan type.

Xxxxxx assumes full responsibility for items furnished by Xxxxxxxx and agrees to return them to Landlord at the expiration of the Lease Term in as good condition as when Tenant received them, reasonable wear and tear excepted. Tenant shall not remove Xxxxxxxx’s furniture, fixtures, and/or appliances from the Unit for any reason. Tenant shall be responsible for all loss, breakage, or other damage to furnishings and appliances that is intentionally or negligently caused by Tenant.
