Applicable Graduate Hours. The Board supports individual academic growth by granting each full-time professional employee (15 or more credit hours or equivalent per semester) the opportunity to receive $250.00 per credit hour or the full amount of tuition, whichever is less, for applicable graduate hours as defined in paragraph I. A. herein and as pre-approved by the Chief Academic Officer. The Professional Employee shall be obligated to the college for two years of employment with HCC for each year the Professional Employee receives tuition assistance not to exceed a maximum of four (4) years. The Professional Employee, who leaves before fulfilling the obligation shall be required to reimburse the college for tuition assistance received plus $1,000.00

  • Minimum Hours All employees shall be paid their regular hourly rate for each hour worked except where employed for less than four (4) consecutive hours per day, in which event they shall receive a minimum of four (4) hours pay. An employee who is called for work and upon reporting finds that his or her services are not required shall receive two (2) hours pay.

  • Core Hours (1) The default core hours for employees on Maxiflex schedules will be the 3 middle days of the employee’s tour of duty from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., excluding a meal break.

  • Credit Hours Credit hours are hours that an employee elects to work, with supervisory approval, in excess of the employees basic work requirement under a flexible work schedule. Credit hours may only be accrued under a flexible work schedule. Employees must notify their direct supervisor of their intent to earn credit hours and the duties to be performed at least four (4) hours in advance of the time. Management will respond and approve the credit hours if the work is assigned duties that could not have been performed during a normal tour of duty. Credit hours used are considered hours worked.

Alaris will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide Service outside of Agreement Hours as shown below. Any such service performed will be billed at prevailing Alaris Per Call Overtime rates.

  • JOC - PRICING OF After Hours Coefficient What is your after hours coefficient for the RS Means Price Book for work performed after normal working hours? (FAILURE TO RESPOND PROHIBITS PART 2 JOC EVALUATION) Remember that this is a ceiling price proposed. You can discount to any TIPS Member customer a lower coefficient than your proposed contract coefficient, but not higher.
