Approval and Appeals. Initial action to approve or disapprove any leave of absence shall be by the employee's department head; however, leaves of absence of more than two (2) biweekly pay periods must also be approved by the Human Resources Director. Denial of requested leave in whole or in part at the department head level may be appealed by the employee to the Human Resources Director, whose decision shall be final.

  • Disputes and Appeals (1) If the Company disputes an action, finding, or decision of FCIC under this Agreement, the Company shall seek a final administrative decision regarding such action, finding, or decision in accordance with the provisions of 7 C.F.R. § 400.169 before seeking judicial review.

  • Review and Approval Documents specified above must be submitted for review and approval by CITY Purchasing and Contracts prior to the commencement of work by CONTRACTOR.
