The Employer and D.T.U. shall meet as soon as reasonably possible prior to the start of the new school year for the purpose of negotiating the pay calendar. The new pay calendar shall be attached to this Agreement as an Addendum. Those wishing to select the Optional Pay Plan must forward a signed request to the Personnel Division prior to the first Friday in September of each year. Those personnel who previously elected the Optional Pay Plan will remain paid from it unless specifically canceled in writing by the same date. 2. Effective July 1, 2005, electronic Funds Transfer (Direct Deposit) will be required for all employees.
