APRONS AND UNIFORMS. 21.01 Kitchen staff shall be provided aprons free of charge by the Employer.
21.02 All employees shall be given a uniform allowance by the Employer as follows:
a. Full-time - $13.00/month b. Part-time - $7.00/month An employee must work at least twelve (12) hours in the month to get the month’s credit. Such allowance shall be paid by the Employer two (2) times per contract year on a separate cheque, the payments being due on the pay period closest to June 30th and December 31st of each year. The purpose of the uniform allowance is for the purchase and maintenance of uniforms.
APRONS AND UNIFORMS. 16.01 Kitchen staff shall be provided aprons free of charge by the Employer.
16.02 Upon completion of the probationary period, employees shall be eligible for payment of a uniform allowance in the following amounts:
a) $110.00/year for full time staff;
b) $65.00/year for part time staff. Uniforms must be worn as per the Home’s policy. Half of the uniform allowance will be paid in March, the other half in September.
APRONS AND UNIFORMS. 14.01 Employees may choose to wear either pant-suit or dress uniforms, at their discretion, with colours or shades being as per management's policies. Employees who do not adhere to the rules regarding uniforms will be sent home without pay.
14.02 The Employer shall pay a uniform allowance of six and one-half cents ($0.065) per hour worked to all employees. Effective July 2, 2009 the amount shall increase to seven cents ($0.07) per hour. Effective July 2, 2010 the amount shall increase to seven and one-half ($0.075) cents per hour. This allowance will be paid in a lump sum by February 1st of each year.
APRONS AND UNIFORMS. 16.01 The Employer will provide aprons for the kitchen staff only. The Employer will pay each employee a uniform allowance once per calendar year in the following amounts: Full-time - $100.00 per year Part-time - $50.00 per year The uniform allowance will be non-taxable. Uniform allowance will be paid out with the first payroll period in November each year.
APRONS AND UNIFORMS. 34.01 Kitchen staff shall be provided with the use of aprons free of charge of the Employer, while they are employed.
34.02 All employees shall be provided a uniform allowance by the Employer as follows: Full-time $100.00 Part-time $70.00 Casual employees are not entitled to any uniform allowance. Such allowance shall be paid by the Employer once per contract year on the pay closest to December 1 of each year on a separate cheque.
APRONS AND UNIFORMS. 19.01 Kitchen and housekeeping staff shall be provided with four (4) aprons annually free of charge, or more, as the Employer deems necessary.
19.02 The Employer shall pay a uniform allowance of fifteen dollars ($15.00) per month for full time employees and seven dollars and fifty cents ($7.50) per month for part time employees. The uniform allowance shall be paid out in two (2) instalments annually. The first instalment will be paid in the last pay of June, and the second instalment in the last pay in December. This is a tax exempt allowance paid by separate deposit.
APRONS AND UNIFORMS. 28.01 Kitchen staff shall be provided with cloth aprons free of charge by the Employer.
28.02 All employees who have completed their probationary period shall be paid a uniform allowance by the Employer in the amount of seven cents (7¢) per hour worked. Effective the first pay period in the month following ratification, the uniform allowance will increase to eight cents (8¢) per hour worked.
28.03 Uniform allowances shall be paid to the employee with their last pay in December of each year.

36.02 The Employer has the right to require employees to wear uniforms, including footwear, in accordance with the Employer’s standards.
36.03 The Employer will pay a uniform allowance as follows: Effective April 1, 2008, seven cents (7¢) per hour worked. Effective November 24, 2008, nine cents (9¢) per hour worked. The uniform allowance will be accumulated and paid out with the first pay following April 1 and October 1.

14.03 The Employer shall pay a uniform allowance of ten cents ($0.10) per hour worked to all employees. This allowance will be paid in a lump sum by February 1st of each year. Every employee who has passed probation receives one new uniform each year.
