ARTICLE BULLETIN BOARD. The Union shall have the privilege to post, on the bulletin boards provided by the Company, notices etc. after first securing Management’s approval. All such notices must be signed by a full-time representative of the Union.
ARTICLE BULLETIN BOARD. The Company shall provide a bulletin board in a mutually satisfactory location on the premisesfor the convenience of the Union in posting notices of Union activity. All such notices must be signed by the proper officer of the Local and submitted to the Hotel General Manager or his authorized representative,to be posted.
ARTICLE BULLETIN BOARD. The Employer agrees to extend to the Union the privilege of using one (1) bulletin board, to be located in the Home for the Aged in a location designated by the Employer, provided that the use of such bulletin board shall be restricted to the posting therein of only such notices that have received prior approval of the Employer through the Administrator or designate.

The Union shall have the privilege of posting Union notices pertaining to matters relating to employees covered by the Collective Agreement on bulletin board spaces provided and assigned by the Association after first securing approval from the Association for the posting of each notice.

The Employer agrees to supply and make available to the Union for the posting of Seniority Lists and Union Notices one (1) binder in each Service Area so as to inform all employees in the bargaining unit of the activities of the Union. The Union shall forward union notices to the Employer for approval prior to distribution. It is understood that such approval will not be arbitrarily denied.
ARTICLE BULLETIN BOARD. The Employer shall provide bulletin which shall be placed so that all employees have access to them and upon which the Union shall have the right to post notices of meetings and such other notices as may be of interest to the membership.
ARTICLE BULLETIN BOARD. The Employer will provide at a location in the Home designated by the Employer a bulletin board for the exclusive use of the Union on which bulletin board the Union may post notices having to do with its official business only, and on which the Employer shall post the seniority lists. The employer agrees to allow two bulletin boards, one for each floor in the new building, should there be two floors.
