Assessment and Monitoring. A. Except for vocational and occupational Dual Enrollment Courses, and if required by College policy, College will assess each student who seeks enrollment in a Dual Enrollment Course through an assessment test prior to, or at the time of, enrollment to determine and assure proper placement in the Dual Enrollment Courses.
B. College will involve full-time College faculty who teach a particular discipline in Dual Enrollment Course selection and implementation, and in Dual Enrollment Course faculty selection, orientation, professional development and evaluation, as required by A.R.S. § 15-1821.01(4) & (5).
C. College will designate a liaison officer to assist with dual enrollment activities and to meet with the liaison designated by School District as necessary to review Dual Enrollment Course outlines and School District’s high school scope and sequence, and to review and amend the course outlines as necessary.

Assessment and Monitoring. 22.1. The Hirer may be required to present to the Council details of attendance figures and an analysis of users’ anonymised personal data relating to the demographic of attendees.
22.2. The Hirer is required to keep a record of any complaints made concerning or in connection with the Event or any activity forming part of the Event, the record of complaints should be made available to the Events Service upon request. Additionally, the Hirer must immediately notify the Events Service of any significant, repetitive or unresolved complaints.
22.3. The Hirer is required to keep a record of any accidents or incidents that may occur at or in connection with the Event or any activity forming part of the Event, the record of accidents and incidents should be made available to the Events Service upon request. Additionally, the Hirer must immediately notify the Events Service of any significant accidents or incidents including any that are reportable under RIDDOR (Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations 2013).

Private School will designate a liaison officer to assist with dual enrollment activities and to meet with the College designated liaison as necessary to review Dual Enrollment Course outlines and Private School’s high school scope and sequence to review and amend the Course outlines as necessary.
Assessment and Monitoring. 3.1 The provisions of this Clause 3 shall apply separately to each Asset as prescribed in the Specification.
3.2 Thames Water has submitted the Preliminary Assessments to the Stakeholder prior to the date of this Agreement and the Stakeholder has confirmed that it has no objection to the contents of the Preliminary Assessments (but without prejudice to Clause 3.10).
3.3 Before commencing construction of each part of the TTT Works, Thames Water shall submit the relevant TW Submission to the Stakeholder for review and approval in accordance with the following provisions of this Clause 3.
3.4 Within 15 Working Days (or within such longer period as the Parties may agree) following receipt of a TW Submission, the Stakeholder shall respond to Thames Water either:
(a) confirming that it has no objection to the TW Submission, in which event Thames Water may proceed with the relevant part of the TTT Works; or
(b) commenting on the TW Submission, in which event Thames Water may proceed with the relevant part of the TTT Works but (subject to Clause 3.6) shall amend the TW Submission to take account of the Stakeholder’s comments; or
(c) specifying (with reasons) its reasonable objections to the TW Submission and suggesting any changes which in its opinion are needed in order to remove the objections, in which event (subject to Clause 3.6) Thames Water shall revise and re-submit the TW Submission and the provisions of this Clause 3.4 shall apply to the revised TW Submission (save that the period for the Stakeholder to respond shall be reduced to 5 Working Days); or
(d) specifying the further information which it requires in order to assess the TW Submission.
3.5 If the Stakeholder fails to respond to the TW Submission within the period specified in, or otherwise agreed pursuant to, Clause 3.4, it shall be deemed to have confirmed that it has no objection to the TW Submission.
3.6 Any dispute between the Parties in relation to an objection by the Stakeholder shall be resolved in accordance with Clauses 8 and 9.
3.7 Following receipt of confirmation (or deemed confirmation) that the Stakeholder has no objection to the TW Submission, Thames Water shall procure that it complies with any requirements set out in the TW Submissions when carrying out the TTT Works. If Thames Water wishes to deviate in any material respect from any requirement set out in the TW Submissions, it shall submit revised details to the Stakeholder for review and the provisions of Clauses 3.4 to 3.6 (m...
