Assignment Postoupení. 15.1.1 The Institution/Investigator may not assign its/his or her rights and/or delegate its/his or her obligations under this Agreement without the prior written consent of ICON, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. ICON shall have the power to assign this Agreement to the Sponsor without the Institution/Investigator’s consent. Zdravotnické zařízení/Zkoušející nesmí postoupit svá práva a/nebo převést své povinnosti vyplývající z této Smlouvy bez předchozího písemného souhlasu společnosti ICON, přičemž jeho udělení nebude bezdůvodně zamítnuto. Společnost ICON je oprávněna převést tuto Smlouvu na Zadavatele bez souhlasu Zdravotnického zařízení/Zkoušejícího.
Assignment Postoupení. Each of CRO and Xxxxxxx shall have the right to assign this Agreement among each other or to any of its respective affiliates and, in addition, Xxxxxxx may assign this Agreement to any third party. In the event of such an assignment, CRO or Xxxxxxx, as the case may be, shall use reasonable efforts to provide prior written notice to Institution. Neither Institution nor Principal Investigator shall assign its rights or duties under this Agreement to another without prior written consent of XXX and Xxxxxxx. Any assignment in violation of this Section 16 will be null and void. Subject to the foregoing, this Agreement shall bind and inure to the benefit of the respective parties and their successors and assigns. CRO i společnost Janssen jsou oprávněny postupovat si tuto Xxxxxxx navzájem nebo ji postupovat svým dceřiným a sesterským společnostem. Společnost Xxxxxxx je navíc oprávněna postoupit tuto Smlouvu kterékoli třetí osobě. CRO, resp. společnost Xxxxxxx se bude snažit informovat o takovém postoupení Zdravotnické zařízení písemně předem. Zdravotnické zařízení ani Hlavní zkoušející nejsou oprávněni postupovat svá práva a povinnosti z této Smlouvy na jiné osoby bez předchozího písemného souhlasu CRO a společnosti Xxxxxxx. Postoupení v rozporu s ustanoveními článku 16 bude považováno za neplatné od samého počátku. S přihlédnutím k předchozím ustanovením bude tato Smlouva závazná nejen pro smluvní strany, ale také pro jejich právní nástupce a postupníky a je uzavírána v jejich prospěch.

Sponsor shall have the power to assign this Agreement without the Institution consent. Zdravotnické zařízení nesmí postoupit svá práva a/nebo převést své závazky vyplývající z této smlouvy bez předchozího písemného souhlasu zadavatele, přičemž jeho udělení nebude bezdůvodně odepřeno. Zadavatel má právo postoupit tuto smlouvu bez souhlasu zdravotnického zařízení.

CRO je oprávněna převést tuto Smlouvu na Zadavatele bez souhlasu Zdravotnického zařízení/Zkoušejícího. O tomto převodu bude CRO nebo Zadavatel Zdravotnické zařízení neprodleně informovat.
Assignment Postoupení. 12.1.1 The Provider/Investigator may not assign its/his or her rights and/or delegate its/his or her obligations under this Agreement without the prior written consent of ICON, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. ICON shall have the power to assign this Agreement to the Sponsor and/or the Sponsor’s designee without the Provider/Investigator’s consent ICON will inform the Provider/Investigator of any such assignment in writing. Poskytovatel / zkoušející nesmí postoupit svá práva a/nebo pievést své závazky vyplývající z této smlouvy bez piedchozího písemného souhlasu společnosti ICON, piičemž jeho udelení nebude bezdůvodne odepieno. Společnost ICON má právo postoupit tuto smlouvu zadavateli a/nebo poveiené osobe zadavatele bez souhlasu poskytovatele / zkoušejícího. ICON bude písemne informovat poskytovatele/zkoušejícího o každém takovém postoupení.
