Association Leave. The district will provide the Association with five (5) days paid leave for the purpose of conducting Association business. The Association president will advise the principal and/or superintendent of intention to use an Association leave at least one day prior to the day leave is to be taken. The employee taking such leave will suffer no loss in salary, benefits, or position to which the employee is entitled. The leave must be approved by the principal.
