Authorization of Dues. Authorization and deduction of dues from Employees’ pay shall remain in effect until and unless revoked during the window period in October of each year. The agency fee will be deducted from the pay of any Employee who does not authorize dues deduction or who revokes that authorization.

Authorization of Dues. Management will deduct from the wages and turn over to the proper officers of the Union, the regular monthly union dues of such members who shall individually and voluntarily certify in writing that they authorize such deduction. If the employee voluntarily directs, this authorization and assignment shall be automatically renewed and shall be valid for successive periods of one (1) year unless written notice to revoke such authorization is given by the employee to the City Paymaster and the Union Officers. Should the provision hereinabove under the present or future laws of the State of Ohio be determined illegal, the obligations on behalf of Management herein shall terminate. The authorization hereinabove mentioned shall specifically require the employee to agree to hold Management harmless for any payments made by Management during the term of the voluntary assignment
Authorization of Dues. The Employer agrees to deduct from the paycheck of each employee who has so authorized it, the regular monthly dues or fees. The amounts deducted shall be transmitted monthly to the Union on behalf of the employees involved. Authorization may be written, electronic, or by recorded voice, and must be made to the Union. The employer will deduct dues or fees once it receives written authorization from the Union. An authorization remains in effect until revoked in writing and submitted to the Union, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the authorization. The Union will notify the Employer of any cancellations in writing.
Authorization of Dues. As a condition of their continued employment, all employees and all future employees shall be required to execute and deliver to the Company a written authorization for deduction of their regular monthly Union dues or the equivalent thereof and such authorization shall be copied to the Union. I hereby authorize and request you to remit the amount deducted and held in trust to Unifor Local 2000, no later than the 15th of each month following.
