Authorized Accounts. You agree that unless otherwise agreed to by you and us in writing, each account you maintain with us is authorized to transfer and receive funds via wire (each an “Authorized Account”).

Authorized Accounts. Member represents to Coast360 that: (a) the Authorized Accounts w ill be maintained primarily for consumer purposes; and (b) the Authorized Accounts shall at all times have a balance of immediately available funds sufficient to meet M ember’s payment obligations under this Agreement. Coast360 may, w ithout prior notice or demand, obtain payment of any amount due and payable to it under this Agreement by debiting one or more Authorized Accounts, and shall credit the Authorized Accounts for any amount received by Coast360 by reason of the return of a Transaction transmitted by Coast360 for which Coast360 has previously received payment or credit from Member. Such credit or debit shall be made as of the day of such receipt by Coast360. In the event there are not sufficient available funds in the Authorized Accounts, less any reserve requirement, to cover Member’s obligations under this Agreement, M ember agrees that Coast360 may debit any account maintained by Member with Coast360 or that Coast360 may set off against any amount it owes to Member, in order to obtain payment of Member’s obligations under this Agreement. Coast360 is not obligated to complete processing of Transactions when the total amount of such Transactions exceeds the balance of available funds in the Authorized Accounts. If Coast360 processes any Transaction when the balance of available funds in the Authorized Accounts is inadequate, it does not constitute an obligation to process similar Transactions at any other time. Upon notice of insufficient amounts in the Authorized Accounts, Member shall have five (5) business days to deposit sufficient funds to cure the breach under this Agreement. Failure to do so shall result in the immediate termination of Coast360’s duty to process Transactions under this Agreement and shall constitute grounds for immediate termination of this Agreement without notice to M ember.
Authorized Accounts. Any owner or authorized signer of the account may enroll for Internet/Mobile Banking. Accounts that are linked to the owner or authorized signer will display in Internet/Mobile Banking. For accounts that do not automatically display or if you wish to add a new account, change or remove an account; complete an Internet Access form from the Messages option in Internet/Mobile Banking or visit your local branch. Please contact us for more details. When your Internet/Mobile Banking service is linked to one or more joint accounts, we may act on the verbal, written or electronic instructions of any authorized signer. Joint accounts using the same User ID will be identified as one service. Authorized Transfers – Any owner or authorized signer of an account may authorize accounts to transfer funds electronically. At which time you elect to transfer funds between your linked qualifying Bank of Hillsboro accounts, transfer funds to/from you qualifying linked account from/to your account at another domestic financial institution, transfer to another domestic customer, send/receive money through P2P or enroll in Electronic Bill Payments you authorize us to honor debits drawn against your accounts without presence of your written signature. The limit on your amount to transfer is either the dollar amount you authorized, the default limit for the service or the available balance in your account. If you are unable to make transfers online; complete an Internet Access form from the Messages option in Internet/Mobile Banking or visit your local branch. Any personal or non-personal accounts that require multiple signatures to authorize debits are not eligible. Account Balance Verification – You may log in and check your account balance and available balance, items which have been presented for payment against your account (checks, ATM transactions, and VISA Check Card purchases), deposits that have posted and memo credits, debits and/or holds. All balances are subject to deposit verification. Business DaysMonday through Friday except for Federal holidays. Saturday, Sunday and Monday are all 1 (one) business day. The service is available 365 (Three hundred sixty-five) days a year unless system maintenance or upgrades are necessary. Our daily cut-off is set at 5 (five) P.M. Central Time. Authorized Accounts. M ember represents to Credit Union that: (a) the Authorized Accounts will be maintained for commercial purposes and not consumer purposes; and (b) the Authorized Accounts shall at all times have a balance of immediately available funds sufficient to meet Member’s payment obligations under this Agreement. Credit Union may, without prior notice or demand, obtain payment of any amount due and payable to it under this Agreement by debiting one or more Authorized Accounts, and shall credit or debit the Authorized Accounts for any amount received by Credit Union by reason of the return of a Transaction transmitted by Credit Union for which Credit Union has previously received payment or credit from M ember. Authorized Accounts. You may designate the deposit accounts, loan accounts, and lines of credit at the Bank (“Authorized Accounts”) that you wish to be able to access through the Online Service. If you designate the accounts of your parent company, subsidiaries or affiliates as Authorized Accounts, you warrant and represent that those business entities have authorized you to access those accounts through the Services in the same manner as your own accounts. If you designate a consumer account as an Authorized Account, you warrant and represent that you are authorized to transact on such account. You further agree that you will not request any transactions through the Services involving a consumer account that would violate the terms of any deposit account agreements or other documents governing the account, including any restrictions limiting the use of such account only for personal, family or household purposes. For certain features, you will need to designate specific Authorized Accounts to be used in connection with that feature. For example, you may be required to specify the Authorized Account from which wire or ACH transfers requested through the Online Service should be made. If you designate an Authorized Account to be used in connection with a feature that permits you to request withdrawals or the transfer of funds from that account, you understand that we may, subject to the terms of this Agreement, act upon any Instructions (as defined in Section 15(c)), submitted through the Online Service provided you follow the applicable Security Procedures (see Section 11). This means that we may, subject to the terms of this Agreement, act upon the Instructions of any one person to whom you have given access to the Online Service, even if the signature card, resolution of authority or other account documents related to the Authorized Account otherwise requires two more signatures for withdrawals, or you have otherwise instructed us to require two or more signatures for any Online Service. We do not honor, and we have no obligation to comply with, any requests to require us to obtain two or more signatures for any Online Service under any circumstance. You are solely responsible for verifying and ensuring that any signatures provided to us comply with your internal company requirements. As long as the Security Procedures were followed, all Instructions submitted through the Online Service will be deemed properly authorized by you.
