Authorized Workforce. If you are a member of a Provider’s Authorized Workforce, and such Provider has authorized you to access the Services on its behalf by authorizing a Credential for you, then you are authorized under this Agreement to access the Services solely on behalf and at the direction of such Provider. As such, you may sign in and use the functionality of the Services solely on behalf and at the direction of such Provider. You consent to and authorize the disclosure to such Provider any content related to, or otherwise generated by your use of the Services, including secure messages. You hereby agree and acknowledge that you are subject to, and we may enforce against you, all of the covenants, obligations, restrictions, limitations, acknowledgements, Consents, representations and warranties set forth in this Agreement that are applicable to the person addressed as “you” in this Agreement, and you hereby grant and make all rights, waivers and releases set forth in this Agreement that are granted and made by the person addressed as “you” in this Agreement, but you are entitled to none of, and hereby waive and agree not to exercise or assert any of, the rights, remedies or benefits under this Agreement other than the limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal right under this Section 3.1.3 to sign in and use the functionality of the Services solely on behalf and direction of such Provider. Notwithstanding the applicable provisions at Section 16, you acknowledge that your access to the Services may be terminated by the Provider or us at any time, for any reason or no reason at all, with or without notice.   • Unauthorized Work The contractor is not authorized at any time to commence task order performance prior to issuance of a signed TO or other written approval provided by the CO to begin work.

  • Authorized User You may request us to issue a Card to an individual who has no financial responsibility under this Agreement. An Authorized User has the same access to your Account as you do, subject to any limitations we may impose. An Authorized User has no authority to add or delete Cardholders, request a replacement Card or terminate or modify this Agreement. You may terminate an Authorized User’s authority to access your Account at any time. To do this, you must return the Card to PenFed. You agree that you are responsible for all charges and cash advances made by an Authorized User, including charges made before the Card is returned, recurring charges, or charges made without the use of the Card initiated by the Authorized User after termination of the Authorized User’s access.

  • Authorized Uses The Participating Institutions and the Authorized Users may make all use of the Licensed Materials as is consistent with the applicable law and with this Agreement, including but not limited to the following licensing conditions ("Authorized Uses"). In addition, the Licensed Materials may be used for purposes of research, education or other non-commercial use as particularly follows:

  • AUTHORIZED ENTRY BY UCF PERSONNEL Authorized UCF personnel, as specified and defined in UCF DHRL publications, may enter any UCF DHRL facility (including, but not limited to rooms, suites, apartments, and shared common areas) in the event of an emergency. Authorized UCF personnel, may enter any UCF DHRL facility (including rooms, suites, apartments, and shared common areas) to conduct occupancy checks; lockouts; inspections for health, safety, maintenance, and compliance; maintenance; and/or fire code enforcement. Authorized UCF personnel may also enter any room/suite/apartment/common area if the personnel reasonably believe a violation of this agreement is occurring and there is no response when personnel request entry. Personal property in UCF DHRL facilities may not be searched without consent of the Student, except and unless the search is conducted in accordance with existing Florida law by law enforcement officers.

  • Authorized Services The County shall pay the Contractor only for authorized services provided in accordance with this Contract. If this Contract is terminated for any reason, the County shall pay only for services authorized and provided through the date of termination.

  • CONTRACTOR STAFF WITHIN AUTHORIZED USER AGREEMENT The provisions of this section shall apply unless otherwise agreed in the Authorized User Agreement. All employees of the Contractor, or of its Subcontractors, who shall perform under an Authorized User Agreement, shall possess the necessary qualifications, training, licenses, and permits as may be required within the jurisdiction where the Services specified are to be provided or performed, and shall be legally entitled to work in such jurisdiction. All Business Entities that perform Services under the Contract on behalf of Contractor shall, in performing the Services, comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws concerning employment in the United States.
