Autism Scholarship Program a. For the evaluation responsibilities created by the Xxxxxxxx and Autism Scholarship Programs in non-public schools within the Brecksville- Broadview Heights City School District, the obligation to perform such evaluations will be rotated through the K-12 school psychologists within the District according to full-time status (e.g., half-time psychologists would be assigned half the cases of a full-time psychologist (unless a half- time psychologist chooses to opt in for the full cycle). b. Report writing for the evaluations conducted for non-public schools will be done outside the work day and be compensated One Hundred Eighty Dollars ($180.00) per student that requires a full report. Compensation for evaluations will only occur for fully-completed evaluation team reports and not for any student where the District and parent have determined that the reevaluation is not necessary (a “waiver”). Designated hours shall be submitted using the adopted time sheet.

Autism Scholarship Program a. In order to assist the Brecksville-Broadview Heights school psychologists with compensation for the evaluation responsibilities created by the Xxxxxxxx and Autism Scholarship Programs in non-public schools within the Brecksville-Broadview Heights City School District, the obligation to perform such evaluations will be rotated through the school psychologists within the District according to full-time status (e.g., half-time psychologists would be assigned half the cases of a full-time psychologist). The school psychologist may opt out of the rotation by the first teacher day of school and the decision will be in effect for the remainder of that school year, and compensation will not be available to him/her. Once a school psychologist chooses to be part of the rotation, he/she must accept the responsibilities for the remainder of the given school year. b. Report writing for the evaluations conducted for non-public schools will be done outside the work day and be compensated One Hundred Eighty Dollars ($180.00) per student that requires a full report. Compensation for evaluations will only occur for fully-completed evaluation team reports and not for any student where the District and parent have determined that the reevaluation is not necessary (a “waiver”).   • Pueblo scholarship This articulation transfer agreement replaces all previous agreements between ACC and CSU-Pueblo in Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. This agreement will be reviewed annually and revised (if necessary) as mutually agreed.

  • Scholarship Faculty Members are entitled and expected to engage in scholarship (as defined in Article 1.1(n)), to show scholarly integrity therein, and to disseminate the results of their scholarship or exhibit the results of their creative work. It is the responsibility of the Employer to provide reasonable resources for the conduct of scholarly activity and its dissemination.

  • Apprenticeship Program The parties agree to meet to discuss the development of mutually agreeable apprenticeship programs. The specific provisions of the apprenticeship programs shall be subject to agreement between the City, the Civil Service Commission (where appropriate), and the Union. Each apprenticeship program, however, shall contain at least the following terms:

  • Program 3.01. The Borrower declares its commitment to the Program and its implementation. To this end, and further to Section 5.08 of the General Conditions: (a) the Borrower and the Bank shall from time to time, at the request of either party, exchange views on the Borrower’s macroeconomic policy framework and the progress achieved in carrying out the Program; (b) prior to each such exchange of views, the Borrower shall furnish to the Bank for its review and comment a report on the progress achieved in carrying out the Program, in such detail as the Bank shall reasonably request; and (c) without limitation upon the provisions of paragraphs (a) and (b) of this Section, the Borrower shall promptly inform the Bank of any situation that would have the effect of materially reversing the objectives of the Program or any action taken under the Program including any action specified in Section I of Schedule 1 to this Agreement.

  • HEALTH PROGRAM 3701 Health examinations required by the Employer shall be provided by the Employer and shall be at the expense of the Employer. 3702 Time off without loss of regular pay shall be allowed at a time determined by the Employer for such medical examinations and laboratory tests, provided that these are performed on the Employer’s premises, or at a facility designated by the Employer. 3703 With the approval of the Employer, a nurse may choose to be examined by a physician of her/his own choice, at her/his own expense, as long as the Employer receives a statement as to the fitness of the nurse from the physician. 3704 Time off for medical and dental examinations and/or treatments may be granted and such time off, including necessary travel time, shall be chargeable against accumulated income protection benefits.

  • Scholarships Fellowships.

  • Educational Program A. DSST PUBLIC SCHOOLS shall implement and maintain the following characteristics of its educational program in addition to those identified in the Network Contract at DSST XXXX MIDDLE SCHOOL (“the School” within Exhibit A-3). These characteristics are subject to modification with the District’s written approval:

  • Orientation Program The Company will allow a designated representative of the Local or Bargaining Unit up to one (1) hour per calendar month for the purpose of conducting the Communications, Energy and Paperworkers Union New Members’ Orientation Program. Such meetings will be conducted during the probationary period of employees, and will be held on Company premises. Employees participating in Orientation Program meetings during their normally scheduled working hours will not suffer loss of pay at their regular rate. Orientation Program meetings will be scheduled by Management and a Management representative may attend as an observer.

  • Training Program It is agreed that there shall be an Apprenticeship Training Program, the provisions of which are set forth in Exhibit "D", which is attached hereto and forms part of this Agreement.

  • Pilot Programs The Employer may develop voluntary pilot programs to test the acceptability of various risk management programs. Incentives for participation in such programs may include limited short-term improvements to the benefits outlined in this Article. Implementation of such pilot programs is subject to the review and approval of the Joint Labor-Management Committee on Health Plans.
