Automatic Suspension. Customer will have thirty days to pay Google delinquent Fees. If Customer does not pay Google delinquent Fees within thirty days, Google will automatically suspend Customer’s use of the Services. The duration of this suspension will be until Customer pays Google all outstanding Fees.
Automatic Suspension. Upon the occurrence of any of the following events, each of which shall constitute a ground for termination for cause, then, without further action by either party, the provisions of Sections 1 of this Agreement shall be immediately suspended pending cure or termination in accordance with subparagraph b of this Section 6.2: (i) Physician’s License to practice medicine in any state or Territory of the United States is forfeited or restricted in any way; (ii) Physician’s Clinical Privileges with Clients are terminated, limited or restricted in any manner if, in Practice’s sole discretion, such termination, limitation or restriction would materially affect Physician’s ability to perform under this Agreement; (iii) Physician fails to comply with any requirement under Section 2.1; (iv) Physician becomes ineligible for continued malpractice insurance coverage pursuant to Article 7; (v) Physician is convicted upon trial or plea of the commission of any felony or of the commission of a misdemeanor related to the delivery of health care services or a moral turpitude; (vi) Physician is excluded or debarred from participation in any federally-funded health care program, including the Medicare or Medicaid programs, with the exception of ineligibility based solely on Physician’s geographic location; or (vii) Physician’s disability. For the purpose of this Section, “disability” means the inability of Physician to provide Services by reason of Physician’s illness or other physical or mental impairment or condition continuing for a period of thirty (30) calendar days; or (viii) If, in the reasonable judgment of Practice’s Medical Director, after consultation with Practice’s Quality Assurance Officer or Quality Assurance Committee, Physician (i) has failed to comply with the requirements of Section 2.5 and (ii) such failure had or may have had an adverse impact on patient care.

Automatic Suspension. If the CUSTOMER does not pay INNOQUANT the fees pending payment within 30 days from its due date, INNOQUANT may automatically suspend the use of the Services by the CUSTOMER until the CUSTOMER pays the remaining amount.

Xxxxxxx to submit accurate EFAP Inventory and Total Counts for Populations reports for two consecutive months by the 10th day of the month for activity in the previous month. 1. Automatic Suspension. In accordance with Federal law (Public Law 95-142, Section 7), an Agency or its owner, officers, or directors which has been convicted of criminal offenses related to its participation in either Medicare or Medicaid shall be automatically suspended from participation as an Agency of support coordination services.

Automatic Suspension. This Agreement shall be immediately terminated in accordance with paragraph (b) of this Section 4.2, without further action by either party, upon the occurrence of any of the following events, each of which shall constitute a ground for termination for cause: (i) Physician’s license to practice medicine in any state is forfeited or restricted in any way; (ii) Physician or a Provider pays a judgment or settlement in a professional negligence or malpractice claim arising from the performance of the Telehealth Services hereunder, provided, however, that the carrier’s decision to settle malpractice litigation over Physician’s objection shall not be cause for termination; (iii) Physician becomes ineligible for continued malpractice insurance coverage through standard admitted carriers; (iv) Physician or a Provider is convicted of or pleads guilty to any felony or misdemeanor related to the delivery of health care services; (v) Physician or a Provider is found guilty of or pleads no contest to any crime involving moral turpitude; (vi) Physician, in MoonlightOrtho’s sole judgment, engages in negligent, reckless, or willful conduct that causes, or has the potential to cause, harm to a patient/resident or to MoonlightOrtho’s reputation or business. (vii) Physician’s patient approval rating on the Site falls below twenty percent (20%) or, if evaluated on a scale of one to five (1-5), is given a rating of less than a two (2); or (viii) Physician’s disability. For purposes of this Section 4.2, “Physician’s disability” means the inability of Physician to provide Telehealth Services by reason of Physician’s illness or other physical or mental impairment or condition continuing for a period of sixty (60) calendar days or longer.
