Baby Bonding. 3. If an employee is absent on paid or unpaid leave and the reasons for that leave meet the requirements of family medical leave, the employee's FMLA or CFRA leave entitlement shall be used concurrently with the other leave except where the reason for the absence is pregnancy disability leave or where the leave is taken under the exchange of time provision of the collective bargaining agreement. For an employee on pregnancy disability leave, the FMLA leave runs concurrently with that leave. The CFRA leave entitlement shall commence when the pregnancy disability period has ended or after four months, whichever comes first. If the other leave is exhausted prior to the exhaustion of the family medical leave, the employee shall continue to receive benefits until the FMLA or CFRA leave entitlement expires.

  • Insurance & Bonding The Subrecipient shall carry sufficient insurance coverage to protect contract assets from loss due to theft, fraud and/ or undue physical damage, and as a minimum shall purchase a blanket fidelity bond covering all employees in amount equal to cash advances from the Grantee. The Subrecipient shall comply with the bonding and insurance requirements of 2 CFR Part 200.304 and 200.310.

  • Bonding When applicable, and depending on the laws of the TIPS member’s jurisdiction, performance and payment bonds will be required on construction or labor required jobs and awarded contractor will meet the TIPS member’s local and state purchasing requirements. In Texas, Performance Bonds are required when the project is valued at greater than $100,000 and Payment Bonds on jobs over $25,000. Awarded contractors may need to provide additional capacity as jobs increase. Bonds will not require that a fee be paid to TIPS. The actual cost of the bond will be a pass through to the TIPS member and added to the purchase order/contract.

  • Errors on Paycheques In the event of an error on an employee's pay, the correction will be made in the pay period following the date on which the underpayment comes to the Employer's attention. If the error results in an employee being underpaid by one (1) day's pay or more, the Employer will provide payment for the shortfall within three (3) business days from the date it is notified of the error. If the Employer makes an overpayment of a day’s pay or less for an employee, the overpayment will be deducted on the pay period following the date that the error is discovered. If the error is in excess of a normal day’s pay, the Employer will be reimbursed based on a mutually satisfactory arrangement between the employee and the Employer.

  • Fidelity Bond The Master Servicer, at its expense, shall maintain in effect a blanket fidelity bond and an errors and omissions insurance policy, affording coverage with respect to all directors, officers, employees and other Persons acting on such Master Servicer’s behalf, and covering errors and omissions in the performance of the Master Servicer’s obligations hereunder. The errors and omissions insurance policy and the fidelity bond shall be in such form and amount generally acceptable for entities serving as master servicers or trustees.
