Bank Insured Deposit. HTS anticipates receiving fees, including fees for administrative services, and other financial benefits for providing sweep funds to our sweep program administrator and participant banks, including our affiliate PlainsCapital Bank. HTS anticipates the participant banks will receive a financial benefit from the use of sweep funds, such as net interest income. The FDIC insures bank deposit accounts such as checking, interest-bearing checking and savings accounts, money market deposit accounts, and certificates of deposit (CDs) if an insured bank or savings association fails. Your bank deposits are generally insured up to $250,000 per account holder, while your IRA and other qualifying self-directed retirement funds on deposit are separately insured up to $250,000. The FDIC does not insure the money you invest in stocks, bonds, mutual funds, life insurance policies, annuities, or municipal securities, even if you purchased those products from an insured bank. Previously existing or other bank accounts you maintain at a participant bank may affect your FDIC insurance coverage. If your funds on deposit at any one bank exceed the applicable FDIC insurance limit of $250,000 per account holder ($250,000 for qualifying retirement accounts), the FDIC will not insure your funds in excess of the limit. If you have a deposit with one of the participant banks that is separate from a balance in the BID, please notify your Financial Professional if the combined deposits are in excess of $250,000, and such excess funds will be placed with another participant bank, if available. The current target maximum amount of FDIC Insurance coverage for your deposits in the BID program is up to $5 million (for an individual account) or up to $5 million per each individual owner of a joint account (e.g., for a joint account with two individual owners – up to $10 million) (Maximum Applicable FDIC Deposit Insurance Amount), subject to the total amount on deposit in an account, applicable FDIC rules, and bank availability. Account balances in excess of the Maximum Applicable FDIC Deposit Insurance Amount will be invested in the Dreyfus Government Cash Management Money Market Fund Investor Class (DGVXX).   • FDIC Insurance For any deposit accounts you open, the FDIC requires Bank to disclose, and you hereby acknowledge, that deposits held by Evolve Bank & Trust are insured up to $250,000 federal deposit insurance limit, per depositor for each ownership category.

  • Sum Insured The builder’s risk policy shall (i) be on a completed value form, with no periodic reporting requirements, (ii) insure 100% of the replacement value of the Improvements, and (iii) value losses at replacement cost, without deduction for physical depreciation or obsolescence including custom duties, taxes and fees (if rebuilt or repaired).

  • Returned Deposits Any credit to your account for checks deposited using Mobile Deposit is provisional. If original checks deposited through Mobile Deposit are dishonored, rejected, returned unpaid by the drawee bank, or are rejected or returned by a clearing agent or collecting bank, for any reason, including, but not limited to, issues relating to the quality of the image, you agree that an original check will not be returned to you and that we may charge back the amount of the original check and provide you with an image of the original check, a paper reproduction of the original check, or a substitute check. You will reimburse us for all loss, cost, damage or expense caused by, or relating to, the processing of the returned item. Without our approval, you shall not attempt to deposit or otherwise negotiate an original check if it has been charged back to you. We may debit any of your accounts to obtain payment for any item that has been rejected or returned, for any adjustment related to such item or for any warranty claim related to such item, whether or not the rejection, return, adjustment or warranty claim was made timely.

  • Insurance & Bonding The Subrecipient shall carry sufficient insurance coverage to protect contract assets from loss due to theft, fraud and/ or undue physical damage, and as a minimum shall purchase a blanket fidelity bond covering all employees in amount equal to cash advances from the Grantee. The Subrecipient shall comply with the bonding and insurance requirements of 2 CFR Part 200.304 and 200.310.

  • Income Protection Insurance The Employer shall provide Income Protection Insurance through an ETU nominated policy and scheme. It is agreed that the premium will be collected and administered by the “Protect” Severance Scheme at the same time as severance payments are made. Income protection will be paid for the employees and will be paid for all periods of authorised absence and cannot be on a pro-rata basis. It is agreed the Income Protection Insurance payments are paid on a monthly basis by the 14th day of each month. It is agreed that if the Employer has not made a valid or current insurance payment to “Protect”, the Employer shall be liable for any loss of earnings or benefits that would have otherwise been given to the employee. While the Credit Union makes every effort to ensure alerts are delivered as expected, there are conditions that may make the alerts unreliable such as, but not limited to: spam filters, relay detectors, inaccurate or obsolete email addresses, network or system failures, etc. The Credit Union recommends that the service be tested prior to regular use to identify any limiting conditions that may be present.
