Early Retirement Bonus. Permanent unit members who are not eligible for benefits under section 21.4, and who notify the District of their intent to resign/retire at least 120 calendar days prior to the date of resignation/retirement, shall receive a $1000.00 bonus.
Early Retirement Bonus. 14.01 Any full-time employee who attains 60 years of age and has completed twenty (20) years continuous service with The Windsor Star prior to December 31, 2007, and who retires prior to December 31, 2007, shall receive at retirement in addition to all other monies due to him/her at that date, five (5) weeks pay at his straight time weekly rate. Any full-time employee who attains 61 years of age and has completed nineteen (19) years continuous service with The Windsor Star prior to December 31, 2007, and who retires prior to December 31, 2007, shall receive at retirement in addition to all other monies due to him/her at that date, four (4) weeks pay at his straight time weekly rate. Any full-time employee who attains 62 years of age and has completed eighteen (18) years continuous service with The Windsor Star prior to December 31, 2007, and who retires prior to December 31, 2007 shall receive at retirement in addition to all other monies due to him/her at that date, three (3) weeks pay at his straight time weekly rate. Any full-time employee who attains 63 years of age and has completed seventeen (17) years continuous service with The Windsor Star prior to December 31, 2007, and who retires prior to December 31, 2007, shall receive at retirement in addition to all other monies due to him/her at that date, two (2) weeks pay at his straight time weekly rate. Any full-time employee who attains 64 years of age and has completed sixteen (16) years continuous service with The Windsor Star prior to December 31, 2007, and who retires prior to December 31, 2007, shall receive at retirement in addition to all other monies due to him/her at that date, one (1) week’s pay at his straight time weekly rate.
Early Retirement Bonus. Those employees who elect to retire after age 55 but prior to age 60, and have achieved in excess of thirty (30) years service, shall be entitled to a special retirement bonus of five thousand dollars ($5,000) for each year that their total credited service exceeds thirty years, pro-rated for incomplete years.

Early Retirement Bonus. A retiring teacher will receive a retirement increase of $2500 over the course of their last year of employment beginning with retirees from the 2002-2003 school year. To be eligible the employee must announce his/her retirement in writing to the District by February 15. In the event that the employee rescinds his/her retirement, the payment must be reimbursed to the District within six months of revocation.

Early Retirement Bonus. A. STIPULATIONS-After twenty-five (25) years of teaching/specialist experience with an accredited elementary or secondary school with a minimum of ten (10) years experience in the district, a teacher/specialist shall be eligible for Early Retirement Bonus. This payment shall be based on the following percentages of the contract salary for the last teaching year: YEARS OF EXPERIENCE PERCENTAGE 25 to 35 35% 36 30% 37 25% 38 20% 39 15% 40 10% 41 5% 42 0% Members of the staff, who are under contract as of 1\30\95 and who wish to be grandfathered to protect benefits granted under the provisions of 13.2A as it exists in the 1993-94 contract will be identified on a mutually agreed to list prepared no later than 6/30/95. Those not choosing to be grandfathered will fall under the provisions of the above language of 14.2A. In lieu of the Early Retirement Bonus termination pay, teachers may opt to receive the sick leave buyback termination pay, as defined in Article 13.1 D.
Early Retirement Bonus. An Employee who (a) has fifteen (15) or more years of continuous employment with the District and (b) will be at least age fifty-five (55) at the time of his/her retirement or may be less than fifty-five (55) but eligible for disability under the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund (IMRF) shall qualify for a multi-year retirement bonus if the Employee provides eight (8) or more months of advance notice of intent to retire and a resignation for reasons of retirement. The stipend shall be paid to the Employee so that the final rate of earnings under the IMRF is maximized to the greatest extent possible. Current IMRF rules and regulations will be used to determine payments in order to maximize IMRF benefits. Any portion of the stipend not included in the Employee’s final rate of earnings due to IMRF limitations will be paid to the employee in a post-retirement payment within 45 days of the date of retirement.
