Bargaining Unit Communication. 1. The Association and its representatives may have the right to use school buildings at such times as they do not interfere with school activities, provided the Association has been given such permission and assignment of space by the principal and approved by the Superintendent. The Association and its members shall indemnify and save the Board harmless against and from all claims, demand, suits or other forms of liability that may arise out of or by reason for action taken by the Board for purposes of complying with this request.

  • Hazard Communication Contractor will notify University prior to using products containing hazardous chemicals to which University employees may be exposed. Products containing hazardous chemicals are those products defined by Oregon Administrative Rules, Chapter 437. Upon University's request, Contractor will immediately provide Material Safety Data Sheets, as required by OAR Chapter 437, for the products subject to this provision.

  • Routine Communications All routine communications related to the Contract shall be sent to the Department’s Contract Manager. If any of the Contractor’s contract information changes during the life of the Contract, the Contractor shall notify the Department’s Contract Manager; such updates do not necessitate a formal amendment to the Contract. Communications relating to a Customer contract or purchase order should be addressed to the contact person identified in the contract or purchase order. Routine communications may be my email, regular mail, or telephone.
