Paid Days Off. During the term of this Employment Agreement, Executive shall be entitled to twenty five (25) paid days off which may be utilized at the Executive’s discretion.
Paid Days OffAll regular full-time and regular part-time bus drivers shall be entitled to twelve (12) “Leave Days” that shall comply with thePaid Medical Leave Act, as well as Personal Reasons and Vacations.
Paid Days Off. For payroll purposes, the remainder of days in the 52 week payroll process will be paid as paid holidays and paid time off when not a scheduled duty day. Paid days off are not convertible to cash at termination and do not carry over from year to year.

Paid Days Off. (i) The parties to this agreement agree to introduce four (4) Paid Days Off in addition to the thirteen (13) Rostered Days Off provided for within the Award during the life of this Agreement in accordance with the outlined arrangements. 2003 – 4 PDOs 2004 – 4 PDOs 2005 – 4 PDOs The actual days to be observed for 2003 are April 24, June 10, November 3 and December 22. (ii) An employee, other than a casual, shall be entitled to the four paid days off without deduction of ordinary pay. If employment ceases, for any reason, before one such day falls then the entitlement does not exist and payment is not required. There is no pro rata entitlement to these four paid days off. (iii) Arrangements regarding the calendar days to be observed for each year of the Agreement will be by discussion and agreement of the parties. The days to be observed will be determined no later than June in the preceding calendar year.
Paid Days OffAn employee who has com- pleted one year of service as of January 1 of each year, according to the seniority roster, will be allowed four paid personal days off in each calendar year. Personal days must be requested in writing and approved by a supervisor. Such request must be made no later than 48 hours prior to the requested day. The Company will grant such requests at its discretion. Personal days may be used as sick days provided that an employee provides the Company with a physician’s note upon his return-to-work. Personal days are “use or lose” and may not be rolled over into the next year. (This provision is in lieu of Article B-10, Sick Leave, of the Agreement.)
Paid Days Off. For 2005-2006 only, the District shall provide three (3) additional days as follows:
Paid Days Off. Each regular employee covered by this Agreement after completing one hundred and eighty (180) days of service shall be allowed five (5) paid days off during each year to be taken on a regular bulletin day at a time mutually agreeable to the employee and one's supervisor. Paid days off will be requested on Request for Paid Days Off form which must be submitted to the employee's supervisor at least twenty-three (23) hours in advance of the requested time off. Paid days off must be taken between January 1, and December 31 of the particular year. Those who have not requested time off and/or granted according to the quota by December 1 will be paid eight (8) hours for each paid day in the pay period subsequent to December 1.
