If an employee moves to a new permanent residence outside the 3 service area of the authorized HMO in which s/he is enrolled, the employee may 4 transfer such enrollment to the State Health Plan or to another authorized HMO serving 5 the new residence area. Effective October 1, 2008 the Employer shall pay 95% of the 6 HMO premium up to the amount paid for the same coverage code under the State 7 Health Plan PPO. 9 The parties agree to meet annually through the Labor-Management Health Care 10 Committee to discuss HMO costs and make recommendations for changes in order to 11 keep HMOs affordable.
