Bereavement Days. In the event of death in the immediate family, an allowance of up to five (5) school days leave may be granted. Immediate family may be considered father, mother, father-in-law, mother-in-law, spouse, domestic partner, child, brother, sister, grandparent, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, son-in- law, daughter-in-law, stepchild or any other relative or friend domiciled with the employee.
