Bidding Limitations. When an employee requests a transfer and the request is granted, he/she may not request another transfer for one (1) year from the time he/she starts the new assignment. Exceptions to this rule may be made by the Board.

Bidding Limitations. The Employer shall not be required to consider the transfer of an employee more than once during a twelve (12) month period, unless such transfer would result in an increase in wages or a shift change.
