Clerical UnitThe County will establish a career development, training, and education fund of one hundred and seventy- five thousand dollars ($175,000) for each fiscal year for use by employees in a regular position in the Clerical Unit with at least twelve (12) months of County service. Half of the funds are available for use the first half of the fiscal year, and half are available the second half of the fiscal year. This fund will be administered by the Performance, Education and Resources Center (PERC) and available for use on a first-come, first-served basis for 100% reimbursement of tuition and community college registration fees for career development courses or to reimburse membership dues in professional organizations; provided such expenditure enhances furtherance of County or continuing education goals and is previously approved by PERC. Eligibility for reimbursement is contingent upon an approved course or seminar, completed with, where applicable, a grade of “C” or better or “pass” when taken on a pass/fail basis, except in extenuating circumstances where such a situation as verifiable illness prevents an individual from completing a course. E ach employee shall be limited to one thousand six hundred and fifty dollars ($1,650.00) per fiscal year.

Clerical Unit. All Clerical employees of Linn County, Iowa, including Account Clerk, Administrative Secretary, Automation Support Technician, Clerical Specialist, Clerk, Clerk Typist, Communications Aide, Duty Officer, Elections Clerk, Grants Specialist, Intake Technician, Lead Permit Specialist, Patient Advocate, Permit Specialist, Secretary, Senior Account Clerk, Senior Clerk, Treasurer – Team Leader, Universal Account Clerk and Universal Clerk; but excluding maintenance employees, technical and para- professional employees, professional employees, supervisors, confidential employees, and all other persons excluded by Section 4 of the Act.
Clerical UnitIt is agreed that meetings between the Employer and the Union Administrative Committee or the Negotiation Committee of the Union called at the request of either party will normally be held during regular business hours, unless otherwise mutually agreed. Employees will suffer no loss of University pay as a result of attending such meetings. It is further agreed that the Chairperson shall be allow ed one (1) hour per week with pay for the purpose of conducting Union business, the scheduling of same to be mutually agreed with one’s supervisor.
Clerical Unit. Employees occupying DDRs Nos. 91-14102, 93-14102, or 94-14102 in the class of Data Entry Operator (Class Code 1433), who are assigned to a position in the class of Data Processing Technician Trainee (Class Code 1134) shall continue to receive the pay applicable to the position they occupied in the class of Data Entry Operator if that salary is higher than the salary applicable to the position in the class of Data Processing Technician Trainee.

  • Contract for Professional Services of Physicians, Optometrists, and Registered Nurses In accordance with Senate Bill 799, Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., if Texas Government Code, Section 2254.008(a)(2) is applicable to this Contract, Contractor affirms that it possesses the necessary occupational licenses and experience.

  • Payment for Project Services As full consideration for the Services to be performed by Contractor, City agrees to pay Contractor as set forth in accordance with the bid and not to exceed fee of 240,751.30 for the project. A monthly progress payment in the amount of ninety-five percent (95%) of the value of the work completed may be made every thirty (30) days upon application by the Contractor and certification by the Project Manager that such work has been completed. Partial payments will be made once each month as the work satisfactorily progresses and after acceptance by the authorized City representative. The progress estimates shall be based upon materials in place, or on the job site and invoiced, and labor expended thereon. From the total of the amount ascertained will be deducted an amount equivalent to five percent (5%) of the whole, which five percent (5%) will be retained by the City until after completion of the entire Contract in an acceptable manner. Any time after fifty percent (50%) of the value of the work has been completed, the City will make any of the remaining partial payments in full. No such estimates or payments shall be required to be made, when, in the judgment of the City Project Manager, the work is not proceeding in accordance with the provision of the Contract, or when in his judgment the total value of the work done since last estimate amounts to less than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00). The cost of materials conforming to the plans and specifications (materials being those which are required to be contained and incorporated in a finished contract bid item) delivered to the project and not at the time incorporated in the work, may also be included in the estimate for payment. No such estimate or payment shall be construed to be an acceptance of any defective work or improper material. The Contractor shall be responsible for, and shall not remove from the project any material that has been included in the estimate for payment. Final payment shall be made upon the Project Manager certifying that the Contractor has satisfactorily completed the work in conformity with the Contract Documents.

  • Classroom Management The certificated classroom teacher demonstrates in his/her performance a competent level of knowledge and skill in organizing the physical and human elements in the educational setting.

  • HOUSEKEEPING There is no daily maid service. Linens and towels are included and not to be taken from the unit. An initial setup of trash liners, bathroom paper, soap is provided. There is a $_CleaningFee_ one time cleaning fee. Additional cleaning fees will be due in the event that cleaning involves the removal of excessive sand.

  • Payment for Working Overtime (a) For all work done outside ordinary hours, the rates of pay will be time and a half for the first two hours and double time thereafter. (b) Except as provided in clause 8.4, in computing overtime each day’s work will stand alone. (c) To avoid doubt, overtime provisions for shift workers are contained in clause 10.7.

  • PAYMENT FOR GOODS AND SERVICES a. DIR Customer shall comply with Chapter 2251, Texas Government Code, or applicable local law, in making payments to the Vendor. Payment under a DIR Contract shall not foreclose the right to recover wrongful payments. b. Payments must be made in accordance with laws and procedures applicable to DIR Customer. c. DIR Customer agrees to pay the rates and/or prices set by DIR with its vendors. DIR Customer understands these rates and/or prices include a DIR administrative fee. d. All purchases executed under a DIR Contract will require a DIR Customer purchase order.

  • Standard of Services All services to be rendered by SCM hereunder shall be performed in a professional, competent and timely manner subject to the supervision of the Board of Directors of the Corporation on behalf of the Funds. The details of the operating standards and procedures to be followed by SCM in the performance of the services described above shall be determined from time to time by agreement between SCM and the Corporation.

  • PREVAILING WAGE RATES - PUBLIC WORKS AND BUILDING SERVICES CONTRACTS If any portion of work being Bid is subject to the prevailing wage rate provisions of the Labor Law, the following shall apply:
