Convention Except as otherwise provided in this Conveyance, each calendar day, month, quarter and year shall be deemed to begin at 12:01 a.m. Central Time on the stated day or on the first day of the stated month, quarter or year, and to end at 12:00 a.m. Central Time on the next day or on first day of the next month, quarter or year, respectively.
Recording of Overtime Employees shall record starting and finishing times for overtime worked in a form determined by the Employer.
Day Conventions Unless otherwise specifically provided herein or in a Product Order, (i) “day” means a calendar day and includes Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, and (ii) if a payment falls due on a day that is not a Business Day, the payment will be due on the next Business Day thereafter.
Public Access to Nonprofit Records and Meetings If Contractor receives a cumulative total per year of at least $250,000 in City funds or City-administered funds and is a non-profit organization as defined in Chapter 12L of the San Francisco Administrative Code, Contractor must comply with the City’s Public Access to Nonprofit Records and Meetings requirements, as set forth in Chapter 12L of the San Francisco Administrative Code, including the remedies provided therein.
Language of the contract The language of the contract and of all written communications between the Contractor and the Contracting Authority and/or the Project Manager shall be English.
Protocol No action to coerce or censor or penalize any negotiation participant shall be made or implied by any other member as a result of participation in the negotiation process.
Notice Requirements and Commencement of Leave (1) An employee who requests parental leave for the adoption or caring of a child shall be required to provide proof of adoption or birth of the child.
