BONUS COMPLAINTS (STEP TWO. If any such complaint or objection is not disposed of to the satisfaction of the Bonus Grievance Committee, it shall be entitled to apply in writing to the relevant Mine Manager, specifying in reasonable detail the nature of the complaint or objection, to present any such complaint or objection to a meeting of the Company Committee composed of the relevant Mine Manager and 3 other representatives appointed by the Company. Such application shall be made in writing at least three working days prior to the meeting with the Company Committee and shall be made within a reasonable time after the meeting with the Superintendent referred to in section 14.02 (Bonus Complaints (Step One)). The Company Committee will meet each Bonus Grievance Committee as may be required for the dispatch of business but not more than once in each month to consider such complaints or objections of which notice has been given as aforesaid. The date, time and place of such meeting shall be fixed by the relevant Mine Manager and notice thereof shall be given to the particular Bonus Grievance Committee. At such meeting the Bonus Grievance Committee may be accompanied by an officer of the Union. The Company Committee shall make every effort to give its answer in writing not later than 7 days from any such meeting.

  • Compensation Complaints All complaints involving or concerning the payment of compensation shall be initially filed in writing with the Human Resources Director. Only complaints which allege that employees are not being compensated in accordance with the provisions of this MOU shall be considered as grievances. Any other matters of compensation are to be resolved in the meeting and conferring process, if not detailed in the MOU which results from such meeting and conferring process shall be deemed withdrawn until the meeting and conferring process is next opened for such discussion. No adjustment shall be retroactive for more than two (2) years from the date upon which the complaint was filed.

  • PERFORMANCE ISSUES The County will hold the Contractor responsible for meeting all of the Contractor’s contractual obligations. If performance issues arise that cannot be resolved between the Contractor and the County's Representative, the matter will be referred to the Procurement Division for appropriate action.

  • STATEWIDE ACHIEVEMENT TESTING When CONTRACTOR is an NPS, per implementation of Senate Bill 484, CONTRACTOR shall administer all Statewide assessments within the California Assessment of Student Performance and Progress (“CAASP”), Desired Results Developmental Profile (“DRDP”), California Alternative Assessment (“CAA”), achievement and abilities tests (using LEA-authorized assessment instruments), the Fitness Gram with the exception of the English Language Proficiency Assessments for California (“ELPAC”) to be completed by the LEA, and as appropriate to the student, and mandated by XXX xxxxxxxx to LEA and state and federal guidelines. CONTRACTOR is subject to the alternative accountability system developed pursuant to Education Code section 52052, in the same manner as public schools. Each LEA student placed with CONTRACTOR by the LEA shall be tested by qualified staff of CONTRACTOR in accordance with that accountability program. XXX shall provide test administration training to CONTRACTOR’S qualified staff. CONTRACTOR shall attend LEA test training and comply with completion of all coding requirements as required by XXX.
