BOOKSTORE. UNM-Los Alamos has partnered with MBS Direct, an on- line textbook vendor to supply all required books for our programs. It is the student’s responsibility to order their own textbooks. The online vendor will make textbooks available for purchase six (6) weeks prior to the start of classes. Students may access MBS by clicking on the “Click here to order your Textbooks” icon on the UNM-LA web page. Required and optional books for Lower Division, Upper Division and Community Education classes are listed. Students may purchase their textbooks using a credit card or can charge them to their UNM-LA student account by visiting the cashier and obtaining a book voucher.

BOOKSTORE. The Bound for Success Bookstore is located on the third floor of the Falcon Center. Textbook sales and rentals, including textbooks in digital format, are available as well as school supplies students are required to purchase for their course of study as submitted by their instructors. In addition to textbooks the Bookstore carries a variety of other merchandise—study guides, clothing and gifts, residence hall supplies, gift cards, test prep materials, and imprinted Fairmont State University items in its merchandising outlet at the rear of Starbucks. The Bookstore also sells official college rings, diploma frames, and graduation announcements. Textbook buyback is available every day. BOOKSTORE. 5X01 Faculty members are allowed a 10% discount on all cash purchases in the Xxxxxxx College Bookstore. Should the College contract for a concession arrangement for the bookstore, the College pledges to make its best efforts to maintain this arrangement in its negotiations with the concessionaire.
