Books and Supplies. During the fall of each year, teachers shall be consulted by their immediate superiors concerning books and supplies recommended for purchase during the succeeding year.

Transitioning from being accompanied by a parent into the classroom to entering on one’s own is a healthy developmental process that we seek to facilitate in the early grades. ● PS/PK students may be accompanied to their classrooms. Parking is available behind the elementary building. ● Kindergarten students may be accompanied to their classrooms until October 1, but after that date students are expected to enter school on their own. ● Students in grades 1-3 are to be dropped off on the right hand side of the loop in front of the elementary building and are to enter school on their own. For safety, vehicles must pull over and park on the right hand side of the loop before letting children out of the vehicle. ● Students in grades 4-8 are to be dropped off at the pick-up/drop-off area adjacent to the middle school. ● VEHICLES MUST PULL OVER FULLY TO THE CURB to drop off and pick up students. Preschool–Grade 5 dismissal is 2:50 p.m. Middle School dismissal (Grades 6-8) is 3:00 p.m. Only those students enrolled in the Mater Christi After School Program, athletics, extra-curricular activities, or those receiving help from teachers should be at school after dismissal. If a child is not in a supervised program and remains on the school grounds beyond 3:10 p.m. (3:15 p.m. for grades 4-8) he/she will be placed in the After School Program at the parent/guardian’s expense. ● PS/PK students are to be picked up at 2:50 p.m. from their classroom. Books and Supplies. I understand that WIOA will pay up to the amount listed on the voucher (supported by the Individual Training Account (ITA) Award) for books and related supplies, and that WIOA will not pay expenses above that amount without prior written approval. I understand that any tools and equipment purchased with WIOA funds remain the property of WIOA. I agree to return any tools or equipment purchased on my behalf if I do not complete the prescribed WIOA training and obtain full time, training related employment within 120 days of the last day of training. This time frame may be revised based upon labor market conditions or extenuating circumstances as approved by my career advisor. I also understand that I may be required to sign documentation noting that I have received books, supplies, tools, uniforms, and/or other related items purchased for me by my approved training vendor.
Books and Supplies. Travel documents and visas: Each STUDENT must apply for and satisfy the immigration requirements for their journey to and from the country of the HOST institution. They must register with the diplomatic mission of their home country upon arrival in the country of the HOST institution. They are obliged to provide the appropriate authority at the HOME institution with their postal and other addresses in the host country, upon registration at the HOST institution.

Books and Supplies. 1. All supply orders for school materials, nurses’ supplies, education supplies, and cooks’ supplies shall be prepared by the building administrator in cooperation with the teachers.
2. Teaching materials and supplies shall be made available to teachers of the physically handicapped at a central stockroom designated by the Director of Teachers of the Physically Handicapped.
3. Industrial Arts and Home Economics teachers may order and acquire books for their classes in the same manner as that used in other subject areas.
4. Vocational Education teachers may order and acquire books for their classes in the same manner as that used in other subject areas.
5. All supply orders for arts books and reading materials shall be prepared by the building administrator in cooperation with the arts teachers.
