Buddy Training Allowance. Any employee requested by the employer to take responsibility for training a new employee shall be paid an extra $1.00 per hour covering three eight hour shifts to a maximum of 24 hours.
Buddy Training Allowance. 26.3.1 An Employee classified as level 1-4 will be paid a buddy training allowance where the Employee is instructed by their manager or supervisor to participate in buddy training which requires the Employee to provide on the job instruction to another Employee.
26.3.2 The allowance will be paid for each shift on which the Employee performs as a buddy trainer.
26.3.3 The allowance from 1 January 2023 will be $16.06 per shift on which buddy training is performed. On 1 January 2024, this allowance will increase to $16.54, on 1 January 2025, this allowance will increase to $17.04.
Buddy Training Allowance. An employee classified at levels 1 – 4 will be paid the Buddy Allowance set out in the Allowance Payment Table where the employee is rostered and/or directed by dnata to participate in a formal buddy training program, which requires the employee to provide on- the-job instruction to another employee (including a casual employee or a labour hire worker) to perform duties, classified at the same level as the employee providing the instruction.
