Stillwater Milling Company agrees that the design of the New Agri-Center building over the existing sewer line shall include accommodation for transfer of any additional loading to the soil around the existing line so that it does not take on any new load during or after construction.

Building Design and Construction. The design and construction of the building will be managed by City of Sunnyvale’s Assistant City Engineer, Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx.
