Building Policies. A. The principal shall oversee the conduct of pupils and in cooperation with the building staff formulate necessary written procedures related to the maintenance of control and discipline of students, including physical assault, intentional damage to school property or theft, separation of students from the classroom, student referrals to the principal, student access to buildings before and after school, parental access to buildings and lounges, students use of classrooms during lunch hours, and guidelines for photocopying written materials. These procedures shall be distributed to all building staff members, and shall be reviewed annually, and shall follow present Board policy in regard to temporary exclusion of a student from a class or classes. B. Staff shall provide supervision of halls and lavatories in the secondary schools during passing time between classes. The principal and the staff shall mutually develop the method of implementing such supervision.
Building Policies. The Administration shall establish and implement all building policies. However, no building policy shall be in conflict with the provisions of this Agreement. Prior to implementing any permanent change in building policy, the Principal or Superintendent shall advise the Union of the proposed change and discuss it with the Union.
Building Policies. Because every building has needs particular to itself, the faculty and administrator of each building shall be authorized to develop, cooperatively, building policies that are consistent with State law, Board policy, and this Agreement. Copies of these building policies, as they are developed, shall be sent to the Superintendent for review and approval.

Exhibitor may not move any freight, palettes or equipment without the explicit written consent of Organizer in each instance. Any approved movement of freight, pallets, or equipment requiring material handling must have floor protection provided and installed by the general contractor at the Venue. Pallets or crates that are dropped require carpet or plywood on top of floor protection. Utilities are controlled by the Venue. Any tampering with utilities may result in a fee. Unless prior approval is granted by Organizer, no one under the age of 18 is permitted on the Premises during load-in or load-out. Exhibitor shall not use restrooms, concession stands and pantries as clean-up areas (i.e., paint brush washing in sinks, cleaning of assets, etc.). Smoking is prohibited on the Premises.
