Lunch Hours. Lunch time for Special Education Paraprofessionals shall be consistent with their assigned building's schedule and must allow for efficiency of operation for the respective program.
Lunch Hours. Each regular full-time employee or any employee working eight (8) hours in one (1) workday shall have one
(1) uninterrupted hour lunch period per day. Employees who are scheduled to work for six (6) hours or more in one (1) workday shall have one-half hour of an uninterrupted lunch period after not more than four (4) hours of work.
Lunch Hours. 19.01 Supervision duties during the lunch hour shall be assigned on an equal rotating basis.
19.02 No Teacher shall be required to supervise during the lunch period in excess of 20 minutes per week.
Lunch Hours. All teachers shall have a lunch period as follows:
1. Elementary school teachers shall have a lunch period of fifty-three (53) minutes. One certified teacher shall be available in each building to handle emergencies. An emergency procedure will be posted in each building for the use of the certified teacher, as well as the telephone number of the building principal or other responsible administrator who can be reached in the event of an emergency for instructions to the certified teacher. In no case shall this involve routine supervision of lunchroom or playground activities or answering the telephone Full time kindergarten teachers, when assigned to two (2) buildings, shall have a combined fifty-eight (58) minute period for lunch/travel and a seven (7) hour workday. Further, it is the understanding of the parties that every attempt will be made to schedule the specials of kindergarten teachers who are split between buildings at the end of the a.m. session and/or at the beginning of the p.m. session.
2. All secondary school teachers shall have a duty-free lunch period equivalent to the length of the students’ lunch period. However, any time beyond thirty-five (35) minutes shall, at the Board’s discretion, be considered travel and/or planning time.
3. All teachers who must travel will be excluded from any lunch-duty assignments.
Lunch Hours. All elementary teachers shall be entitled to a duty-free, uninterrupted lunch period of not less than thirty (30) minutes. All senior high school teachers shall be entitled to a duty-free, uninterrupted lunch period of not less than thirty (30) minutes. All middle school teachers shall be entitled to a duty- free, uninterrupted lunch period of not less than thirty (30) minutes. Alternative high school administration and staff will ensure that there is adequate staff coverage during the common school lunch. Alternative High School staff will all receive a $500 stipend annually as compensation for providing lunch coverage. With prior notification, staff may leave the building during the lunch period providing adequate coverage is maintained.
Lunch Hours. All elementary teachers shall be entitled to a duty-free, uninterrupted lunch period of not less than thirty-six (36) minutes. All senior high school teachers shall be entitled to a duty-free, uninterrupted lunch period of not less than thirty
Lunch Hours. The Employer may arrange the lunch hours of employees so as to have part of the staff available to the public at all times.

Lunch Hours. Officers working twelve (12) hour shifts may take a forty-five (45) minute lunch period during duty hours. In addition, two (2) fifteen (15) minute breaks may be taken during the shift.
