Building Representation. The Association shall designate teachers in each building as Association Representatives (AR). The principal and Association representatives shall meet, upon request at a mutually-agreeable time, for the purpose of reviewing the administration of the contract and to resolve problems which may arise. These meetings are not intended to bypass the grievance procedure.
