Building Representation. The Association shall designate teachers in each building as Association Representatives (AR). The principal and Association representatives shall meet, upon request at a mutually-agreeable time, for the purpose of reviewing the administration of the contract and to resolve problems which may arise. These meetings are not intended to bypass the grievance procedure.

  • ARTICLE UNION REPRESENTATION a) The Employer agrees to recognize a committee of five employees consisting of the President of the local, two (2) part time employees, and two (2) full time employees to negotiate amendments or renewals to this agreement, The Employer agrees to recognize elected Union stewards to assist employees in the presentation of any grievance that properly arises under the provisions of this agreement.
