Building Training. By October 1 of each year, Special Services will provide a training outline and in-service to all new administrators and any new guidance team staff. New staff will be expected to attend this training for up to two (2) consecutive years. Training will cover: • Special Services procedures and policies • Definition and clarity regarding least restrictive environment • Discipline of special needs students • Resources ▪ Access to reference resources ▪ How aide time is generated, assigned, used, and changes from year to year ▪ Funding If there are major changes in any of the above components, all administrators and all guidance team members will attend. By November 1 of each year, the building administrator and guidance team will present to all staff members at a faculty meeting specific information regarding special services. Training will cover: • Special Services procedures and policies • Definition and clarity regarding least restrictive environment • Discipline of special needs students • Resources ▪ Access to reference resources ▪ How aide time is generated, assigned, used and changes from year to year ▪ Funding During the second semester specific information regarding the Special Services Promotion Process will be presented to staff by the building administrator and guidance team at a faculty meeting. The promotion process will provide informational support for schools and teachers to assist with the transition of students with special needs. Circumstances may not always make prior training an option. As a result, within twenty-five (25) working days of the placement of students with an IEP, all Special Services specialists and general education teachers and specialists impacted by the student will follow the Special Services IEP Dissemination Process.

  • Building With respect to each parcel of Real Estate, all of the buildings, structures and improvements now or hereafter located thereon. Business Day. Any day on which banking institutions located in the same city and State as the Agent’s Head Office are located are open for the transaction of banking business and, in the case of LIBOR Rate Loans, which also is a LIBOR Business Day.

  • Building Maintenance The host facility provider shall maintain (in a state of good repair) all buildings used for the educational program. All damages made by the AGENCY’s program will be the responsibility of the AGENCY to repair.

  • Office Space Each employee shall be provided with office space which may be on a shared basis. The parties recognize the desirability of providing each employee with enclosed office space with a door lock, office equipment commensurate with assigned responsibilities, and ready access to a telephone. Each employee shall, consistent with building security, have reasonable access to the employee's office space and laboratories, studios, music rooms, and the like used in connection with assigned responsibilities; this provision may require that campus security provide access on an individual basis. Before an employee's office location is changed, or before there is a substantial alteration to an employee's office to a degree that impedes the employee's work effectiveness, the affected employee shall be notified, if practicable, at least one (1) month prior to such change.

  • Work Area The specific work area and/or crew an employee reports to on a daily schedule. Work areas are generally smaller divisions of a larger Bid Area.

  • Building Use Agency facilities may be used for Union activities according to current building use policies, so long as the facility is available and proper scheduling has been arranged.

  • School Improvement The conditions which follow shall govern employee participation in any and all plans, programs, or projects included in the terms, site-based decision making, school improvement, effective schools as provided in Act 197, P.A. 1987 (Section 15.1919 (919b) MSA) or other similar plans:

  • Restrooms The restrooms, toilets, urinals, vanities and the other apparatus shall not be used for any purpose other than that for which they were constructed, and no foreign substance of any kind whatsoever shall be thrown therein. The expense of any breakage, stoppage or damage resulting from the violation of this rule shall be borne by the Tenant whom, or whose employees or invitees, shall have caused it.

  • Building Access i. Access to Secured buildings: Contractor will work through the GIT Contract administrator for access to the building.

  • Use of School Buildings The ASSOCIATION and its representatives shall have the right to use school buildings at all reasonable hours for meetings. This use must be within the hours when custodians are regularly employed and within accepted school policy.

  • Space Bearing in mind the respective competences of the Community, its Member States and the European Space Agency the Parties shall promote, where appropriate, long term co-operation in the areas of civil space research, development and commercial applications. The Parties will pay particular attention to initiatives making full use of the complementarity of their respective space activities.
