Bus Driver Physical Sample Clauses

Bus Driver Physical. The School Board requires and shall provide for annual physicals for appointed bus drivers. If a concern is found during the physical, notification will be given to the employee as soon as possible and the employee may be removed from driving responsibilities without pay until deemed medically fit to return to duties by a licensed physician.

Bus Driver Physical. The Board will reimburse bus drivers for the cost of one required physical per year. If the employee elects to have the physical from the physician or medical care facility selected by the District, the District shall pay the full cost of the physical as established by such physician or medical care facility. The physical includes the State mandated test for drugs. If the employee elects to have the physical from a physician or medical care facility other than that selected by the District, the District shall be responsible for paying only the amount equal to that established by its selected physician or medical care facility. The employee shall be responsible for paying the additional cost, if any.

Bus Driver Physical. The employer shall reimburse bus drivers for the cost of their bus driver physical (provided the physical is performed by the employer’s designated health care provider).
