Buses l For all intents and purposes, school buses, whether managed by the school or outsourced to a third party, are considered part of the school premises when being used by students. l All safety rules and behaviour expectations set by the school and enforced by personnel must be adhered to by students and parents. Failure to comply with all transportation rules set by the school will result in disciplinary action and will affect the students ’ registration chances for the following academic year.
Buses. District shall provide to Town one school bus generally described as follows on the dates listed in paragraph 3.
Buses. All passenger buses utilized under this Agreement shall be less than five (5) years old at the start of the contractual service. Age of the buses during the term of the Agreement shall be determined by the length of the Agreement. However, at no time during the contract can a bus be older than ten model years old. All buses shall at all times be properly certified by the California Highway Patrol and meet all requirements of the California Code of Regulations, Titles 5 and 13, and the California Vehicle Code. Contractor shall provide District a list of buses used to provide the services.
Buses. 1784 Buses are assigned after bid by seniority. Bus assignments may change 1785 when it becomes necessary to do so in order to accommodate students 1786 with special needs.
Buses. Buses may not access the Sports Park via the rear parking lot. All bus pick ups and drop offs must be done in the bus stop in front of the Community Center. Buses may not park at the bus stop. Due to the high demand for parking at the Woodland Community & Senior Center, buses must park at the County Fair Mall, on East Street, until teams are ready to be picked up. Buses parked at the Community Center will be asked to move. GROUP shall not charge any participant a parking fee. Parking will remain free at the Woodland Community & Senior Center. The Woodland Sports Park is considered a public park and other events occur simultaneously at the Woodland Community & Senior Center.
Buses. (a) The Operator must provide TfNSW with the following on or before the Services Commencement Date:
(i) an Operator Bus Lease Direct Agreement in respect of any Novation Bus;
(ii) an Operator General Financier Direct Agreement in respect of any secured financiers of the Operator, in each case executed by the Operator and all relevant counterparties (except TfNSW if TfNSW is party to such document); and
(b) The Operator must procure that any Approved Subcontractor provides TfNSW with the Approved Subcontractor Security Documents on or before the Services Commencement Date.
Buses. When the temperature is below 22 degrees, the Director of Transportation is to make provisions whereby all buses parked outside are to be started prior to the scheduled arrival of the regular driver. A roster of spare buses is to be maintained by the Director of Transportation and assigned to drivers requiring the same.
Buses. 1486 Xxxxx are assigned after bid by seniority. Bus assignments may change 1487 when it becomes necessary to do so in order to accommodate students 1488 with special needs.
Buses. 3.10.1 School buses are available for recognized groups at a rate determined by the Transportation office
Buses. Niles shall provide buses sufficient to operate during posted service hoursserve the Route Schedule. Buchanan shall not be responsible for capital rolling stock acquisition or for costs associated with replacement of buses necessary to provide Serviceservice for the Route.
