Calculating Redundancy Payments. 84.1. Redundancy payments will be calculated on: o the employee’s salary at the substantive work value level on the date of termination; o the salary of the higher level work value level, where the employee has been working at the higher level for a continuous period of at least 12 months immediately preceding the date on which the employee is given notice of termination; and o other allowances in the nature of salary which are paid during periods of annual leave and on a regular basis, excluding allowances which are a reimbursement for expenses incurred, or a payment for disabilities associated with the performance of duty.

  • Redundancy Payments (a) Redundancy payments shall be calculated on the basis of three (3) Weeks' Pay for each completed year of continuous service (except for the first year of service, where four (4) weeks’ pay will apply), or part thereof, to a maximum payment, excluding payment in lieu of notice, of fifty-two (52) Weeks' Pay.

  • Shift Differential Compensation Any employee in the bargaining unit whose assigned work shift commences (for unit-1) prior to 5:30 a.m. or whose work shift ends after 5:30 p.m., or (for unit-2 members) commences after 2:00 p.m. shall be paid a shift differential premium of five (5%) percent above the regular rate of pay for all hours worked.

  • Calculation of Termination Payment If an Early Termination Date has been declared, the Non-Defaulting Party shall calculate, in a commercially reasonable manner, the Termination Payment in accordance with this Section 10.3.

  • Salary Overpayment Recovery A. When the Employer has determined that an employee has been overpaid wages, the Employer will provide written notice, via certified mail, to the employee that will include the following items:

  • Payment Amounts The aggregate Payments to be made in any fiscal year shall not exceed an amount that is equal to the corresponding Appropriated Amount. (For example, for the Payments due on December 1, 2022 and on June 1, 2023, the aggregate maximum amount of such Payments would be determined by the Appropriated Amount determined for certification by December 1, 2021.) Furthermore, the amount of each such Payment shall not exceed the amount of Incremental Property Tax Revenues (excluding allocations of “back-fill” or “make-up” (payments from the State of Iowa for property tax credits or roll-back) actually received by the City from the Dubuque County Treasurer attributable to the taxable incremental valuation of the Property in the six (6) months immediately preceding the extant Payment due date.

  • Benefit Payments Benefit Payments, as referred to in this Agreement, means the sum of (i) Claims, as described in Xxxxxxxxx 0 xxxxx, (xx) Cash Surrender Values, as described in Paragraph 3 below, and (iii) Annuity Payments, as described in Paragraph 7 below.

  • Incentive Payments The Settlement Fund Administrator will treat incentive payments under Section IV.F on a State-specific basis. Incentive payments for which a Settling State is eligible under Section IV.F will be allocated fifteen percent (15%) to its State Fund, seventy percent (70%) to its Abatement Accounts Fund, and fifteen percent (15%) to its Subdivision Fund. Amounts may be reallocated and will be distributed as provided in Section V.D.
