Common use of Call Back/Call In Clause in Contracts

Call Back/Call In. a) Any employee who has completed his/her scheduled shift and has left the premises and is called back to work in an emergency shall be paid a minimum of four (4) hours at the appropriate overtime rate of pay as per article 15.01. This shall not apply to weekend school checks or overtime where advance notice is given. b) A call back between the hours of midnight and 6:00 a.m. will be paid a minimum of four (4) hours pay at the appropriate overtime rate of pay as per article 15.01.
